A new recipe of a light bodied, citrusy pale ale. We are enthusiastic to share the hop blend of mosaic, copper, Willamette and zythos , while they fold nicely into the balanced malt bill.

This kettle sour was designed to be crisp, clean, and tart. Lactobacillus was added to the boil kettle and allowed to sour overnight. Once we reached a PH of 3.45, it was boiled, then fermented with our clean house yeast. This batch had over 7 lbs of Raspberry and 5 lbs of Mango puree per barrel added to produce a balanced and deliciously decadent experience!

This lighter bodied porter is a very sessionable dark beer. The 50+ pounds of locally-sourced maple syrup from Jelliff's Maple Syrup farm, provides a wonderful smoothness to the slightly smokey chocolate and roasted malts.

Trader Joe's Sour Grapefruit is a one of a kind sour made from Wittekerke Wit with tart grapefruit and the sour flora harvested from the oak foeders (barrels) used in making the famous Petrus Aged Pale. Premium Lager is the standard for American beer, made famous by the larger US breweries. We have brewed this beer to satisfy the want for a crisp, light bodied, low hopped beer that is still craft. 30% flaked corn was used in the mash to create alcohol while reducing the malt profile, the corn leaves a clean, refreshing finish with a mild smooth mouth feel. Malt: 2-Row Pale, Carapils, Pilsen, and Flaked Corn. Hops: Cluster, Fuggle, and Tettnang.

We're excited to share our first collaboration brew with Gaucho Brazilian Grille in Blacksburg. Now a thirsty Gaucho won't have to choose between his mate and nice cold lager to fill his gourd! This light, crisp, smooth lager emboldens the flavor profile of Yerba Mate, often described as earthy, smoky, spicy and slightly bitter. This ale is driven by a bountiful harvest from the crew at Glade Road Growing Farm. A light effervescence gives way to the pleasantly mild taste of fire roasted carrots, a mellow ginger kick and spice for a little hop in your step! Kairos is part of our Brewers Series, a collection of one-off, specialty brews concepted by individual members of the brewing team. This beer is a Cucumber Kölsch with Lemon, named for the timely Greek term.

Guess what?! Gertie Cow’s got a fever! Our own mix of special dark barley and wheat malts. Crystal and Amarillo hops join the boil for some citrus, and fresh orange zest for even more citrus. A quite smitten, trappist-like yeast strain and 6 months in a Copper Fox barrel for whiskey, oak and plum to all. Oak smoked Vienna Lager

The Pink Lady of beer. Brewed with Organic extra pale Maris Otter barley and white wheat malt. Generously hopped with the Pink Boots Special Blend from Yakima Chief Hop Union to celebrate the accomplishments of women in the brewing industry. A salute to their hard work, a dried organic hibiscus flower will garish the pint! Not as sweet as she looks, this pale ale packs a 65 IBU punch. Fruity hop aroma and spicy rye finish come together as a dry and refreshing IPA brewed with 13% Malted Rye. Citra® and Mosaic® hops create a citrus flavor and aroma that is all the rage. Malts: 2-Row Pale, Munich, Carapils, and Malted Rye. Hops: Columbus, Mosaic®, and Citra®.

Brewed with real marshmallows, graham crackers, and chocolate and then aged in Scotch barrels to impart a slightly smokey, fresh toasted over a campfire flavor.
