Tiger Bite IPA

Midwest Style IPA's tend to have more malt flavor and sweetness than the drier East Coast IPA's, but less hop bitterness than West Coast offerings. The hop flavor and aroma are in abundance and usually favor the old school hop varieties such as the C-hops; Cascade, Centennial, and Chinook. The yeast is most often a clean American variety or an English strain that's not too fruity.

Now you need a beer that can match this level of manliness! Massive in every way, this barleywine will not disappoint. Massive caramel and toast malty character collides with mountains of piney hops for a truly intense drinking experience. Chuck Norris has got nothing on you now!

Tipsy Hipster

A showcase of our favorite dank, resin-y hops including Apollo, Columbus & Simcoe with a citrus punch provided by Centennial & Amarillo, Clandestine's 'Tipsy Hipster' is not brewed to be the strongest or most bitter IPA, instead we offer the hop-head a completely unbalanced hop-forward beer. Brewed with a base of Maris Otter, Tipsy Hipster has just enough malt to provide a backbone to the waves of hop flavors produced by multiple kettle additions, a hop-stand, and multiple dry-hop additions. These abundant hop additions result in huge citrus and dank pine flavors and aromas that will last to the bottom of your glass. Remember- this beer is best enjoyed fresh!

Tire Swing Dry-Hopped IPA

When it comes to craft beer, IPAs are like opinions--everybody's got one. You hopheads love 'em, don't you? You think you're so cool, lovin' all them hops--all that grassy goodness. You hopheads talk a lot. Maybe too much. Instead of blathering on way too long about why IPAs are the greatest beer style ever brewed and blah, blah, blah....you should stop with the talkie and start with the drinkie..... Our American-style IPA (India Pale Ale for long), is brewed with....ah, the hell with it. I'm not even gonna talk about the the malt. Let's get right to what you addicts wanna hear about--HOPS! Centennial hops give this medium amber colored ale delicious notes of grapefruit, pine, and resin. Higher gravity lends this beer a noticeable alcohol warmth and a smooth, medium-bodied mouthfeel. It's a little chewier than it's APA sibling. Cascade hops--that's right, I said CASCADE hops--give your nose something to smile about. Multiple hop additions insure that if you are a hoplover, you're gonna smell 'em. And if that ain't good enough for you, after we're done cooking the stuff, we add ourselves a big ol' bag of dry, whole-leaf Centennial AND Cascade hops to the beer during fermentation to give you that custom hop sauce (spoken with anger), we know you crave! This beer leaves session territory and lands squarely in Big Country....Big Flavor Country, that is. This beer is near and dear to our hearts. Squeeze your size 42s into a Tire Swing and sip this heavenly brew to understand why.

Toasted Lager

The best thing to come out of a brick oven since pizza. Well, we’ve upgraded from our original direct-fire brick kettle, but our flagship Toasted Lager still has the same toasted flavor it was named for. Copper in color, our most popular and unique brew is made from six different malts, including English Pale, Crystal, Munich, Carapils, Wheat, and Belgian Caravienna. Toasted Lager’s balanced flavor of malt and hops makes for easy drinking and the special lager yeast we use produces an exceptional, long-lasting smooth finish.

Tocobaga

The Tocobaga lived off the bounty of Tampa Bay hundreds of years before the arrival of the Spanish in the 1500’s. They were potters, tool makers and the only Florida natives to grow maize. The large platform mounds they built are still with us today, with one of the largest found near Old Tampa Bay in Safety Harbor, Florida. Climb to the top, and with a little imagination, you can see Tampa Bay as they did.

Tokyo*

The irony of existentialism, the parody of being and the inherent contradictions of post-modernism, all so delicately conveyed by the blocky, pixelated arcade action have all been painstakingly recreated in this bottles contents. This imperial stout is brewed with copious amounts of speciality malts, jasmine and cranberries. After fermentation we then dry-hop this killer stout with a bucketload of our favourite hops before carefully ageing the beer on French toasted oak chips. It is all about moderation. Everything in moderation, including moderation itself. What logically follows is that you must, from time, have excess. This beer is for those times.

Tommy

It is a popular myth that India Pale Ales were made stronger than regular beers in order to assist them to survive the ardours of long sea travel. Export beers were more heavily hopped, but not necessarily stronger. If you want proof, here it is, an IPA from 1914 at only 4.2%. This predates the impostion of wartime restrictions on drink supply and strength, so was a commerically available beer of the day.

Torch Pilsner

Legend has it that, well over a century ago, citizens of western Bohemia grew so dissatisfied with their beer they dumped it in the streets. So a new style evolved, in the city of Pilsen, combining the soft local water with pale malts and earthy Saaz hops. And the Bohemians were pleased. Our pilsner adheres closely to that original style. ‘Cause we like happy Bohemians.

Torpedo Extra IPA

Sierra Nevada Torpedo is a big American IPA; bold, assertive, and full of flavor highlighting the complex citrus, pine, and herbal character of whole-cone American hops. Around here, we take hops pretty seriously, which is why we weren’t satisfied with the standard method of dry hopping for our first year-round IPA. We spent years tinkering, tasting, and tweaking ways to get the biggest and best hop flavors and aromas into our beer. Our persistence has paid off. Our obsession with harnessing huge hop flavor led to the development of what we call the hop torpedo, a revolutionary method of dry-hopping designed, built, and debuted here at the brewery. Our torpedo is a sleek, stainless-steel piece of hardware that delivers more pure hop aroma than any method of dry-hopping we’ve ever seen. Like all our beers, Torpedo Extra IPA uses only the best whole-cone hops possible making this delicious ale worth the wait.
