This Imperial IPA was triple-batched, using a different hop and crystal malt in each batch. We then dry-hopped it with the same three hops during fermentation. The end result is an intensely hoppy, high gravity beer with caramel undertones.
A smooth light-bodied everyday pale ale with well balanced hop bitterness. Tribute is full of dank hop flavor and is heavily dry-hopped, giving it an aggressive hoppy grapefruit aroma.
“This is the greatest and best song (beer) in the world… Tribute.” Not only are we huge Tenacious D fans, but we’re also huge Belgian Tripel fans, so this is our “Tribute”. Brewed with a whole lot of Pilsen malt, Hallertau and Saaz hops, as well a pinch of coriander and bitter orange peel, Tribute has a soft malt backbone that’s paired with a fruity, citrusy flavor, and spicy, yet not over done phenolic character imparted from our use of a genuine Belgian yeast strain. At 9.3% ABV the alcohol is well hidden and very deceptive, and the dry finish will leave you eager for more.
Tricerahops is double everything you already love in an IPA. More hops, more malt body and a higher gravity define this Double India Pale Ale. Fiercely flavorful, guaranteed to satisfy.
In mythology, the raven can play tricks or otherwise disobey normal rules, hence the name Trickster. This well-balanced IPA has a nice, light fruit, citrus and piney hop aroma with a full hop flavor. With its balanced malt body and a 6.8% ABV, this beer has truly earned its name.
Malts: ESB, Munich, Crystal
Hops: Chinook, Magnum, Simcoe, Amarillo, Cascade
Three distinct Trappist yeasts – one earthy, one fruity, and one spicy – combine to produce the unique personality of this Belgian-style pale ale. Zesty hops, gentle malts, and a few vanilla beans provide a crisp, smooth profile, while the trio of yeast strains ferment the beer into an elegant harmony of flavors. From chaos, comes Trifecta.
No one drinks Mild Ales anymore (not outside the Black Country anyway), but not so long ago London's biggest breweries churned them out in phenominal quantities and Mild was very much of the London drinking scene.
An X ale would be the most basic mild, so an XX is the next step up, hence the 4.0% ABV.
Trinity Tripel is a hoppy Belgian-style Tripel, technically falling into the Belgian-Style Pale Strong Ale category. The smooth body and flavor come from select German Pils malts used for the grist, lending a deep golden hue and clean finish. The lack of complexity in the grist is necessary to highlight the stars of the show: three of our most beloved Belgian yeast strains and a new German hop variety called Mandarina Bavaria and also the famed Nelson Sauvin hops from New Zealand. The symphony created by these key players is delightfully harmonious! Fruity and spicy flavors from both yeast and hops unite, with neither dominating, creating a complex character that begs another taste. A medium-high bitterness helps keep the beer dry and drinkable, but drink responsibly, as this beer is 9% ABV!
To create a beer worthy of one of the best new restaurants in town, we crafted a brew that brings to life the innovative mix of Old World and New that made The Radler instantly beloved. To German malts and an Alt yeast, we added Citra and Hallertau hops for a crisp, clean beer that is both slightly sweet and mildly savory.
This beer is made with classic Belgian style yeast strain that gives the complexity and slight sweetness you may expect from a Belgian style ale, but then reaches deeper providing a smack-down of American hops. Served in a large tulip glass to capture and focus the hop aromas.
This strong golden ale is marked by passion fruit and herbal notes in the aroma, with suggestions of banana and honey in the complex palate. The Tripel has a remarkably long and smooth finish.

Brewed with Belgian Pilsner Malt and Tettnang hops, this is our version of the classic Belgian Tripel. Dangerously smooth, this beer lives up to its name.
THE ALE: This complex, straw-colored ale has clove and pear aromas. A marriage of spicy and fruity flavors help perfectly balance its elegant malt profile.
THE STORY: Del was one of those mischievous young men who liked to push the social conventions of the 1970′s. His college years were a whirlwind of girls, parties, road trips, and an occasional study session. He was a “bad boy” with a great heart, and knew how to have a good time wherever he was, making friends far and wide.
Complexity and balance from a simple recipe of the finest ingredients obtainable. Clear and light in color, this strong Belgian ale drinks smooth and easy but has the complexity to complement the finest meals or to savor alone at the end of the evening.
Notice a unique aromatic nose with a hint of vanilla esters, which comes from the Belgian ale yeast. Tripel Horse has a big body and rich mouth feel and finishes mostly dry with only a touch of sweetness. If you shy from some of the sweeter Belgian ales, we think you will enjoy this one. The palate improves with age, so keep some on hand and you can ride Tripel Horse down a new path with each opened bottle.

The 120-lovibond crystal malt results in a deep reddish hue and a hop balanced sweetness. Hopped with three different hand picked Pacific Northwest Hop varieties.
Tripel Karmeliet is a very refined and complex golden-to-bronze brew with a fantastic creamy head. These characteristics derive not only from the grains used but also from restrained hopping with Styrians and the fruity nature (banana and vanilla) of the house yeast.
Very refined and complex. Hints of vanilla mixed with citrus aromas.
Tripel Karmeliet has not only the lightness and freshness of wheat, but also the creaminess of oats together with a spicy lemony almost quinine
dryness.
Grand Cru is created as a very special offering from Triple Voodoo Brewing. It is brewed with Belgian style grains and hops with the addition of Honey, Blue Agave Nectar, Coriander, and Orange Peel. All ingredients join forces in the aroma bouquet, resulting in an amazingly smooth yet complex experience in flavors.
Based on the classic Belgian style Tripel, our version balances the spiciness from the Idle Hands house yeast with a complex mélange of banana, peach and pear notes. The light malt sweetness in the finish ensures you’ll go back for seconds, or perhaps thirds?!
Inspired by the classic Trappist Tripels, we wanted to create our own interpretation of it for everyone to enjoy. As this is our first “high gravity” offering we think you’ll agree that it is named appropriately. While it is meant as a sipping beer it will warm the body and soul as one waits with anticipation for warmer days to come.
Our Trippel Belgian Style Ale (pronounced triple) opens with a bold blast of hops that slowly gives way to the fruity esters implied by our Belgian yeast strain. In the Belgian tradition of brewing singles, doubles and triples, Trippel is the strongest with the longest fermentation. Remarkably smooth and complex, our bottle-conditioned Trippel is spiced with a trace of coriander.
Rich pale malt flavors provide a solid base for zesty Styrian Golding and Czech Saaz hopping. Trappist ale yeast contributes the fruity, spicy profile of classic, monk-brewed, Belgian ales. Our Trippel is luscious, fiery, golden brew and a contemporary rendition of traditional Belgian Trippel.
One can trace this special wheat ale to a time when Bavarian monks brewed outside the German Purity Law of 1516 which states that wheat not be used in brewing beer. How lucky we are that German beer drinkers and brewers reached a compromise and Weiss beer lives on! Our special Weiss beer is a real unfiltered, cloudy German wheat ale with spicy banana bread flavors and a slight caramel finish.
Behold Tri-Umphant! A Belgian style Tripel brewed with all traditional Belgian malts, continental hops, Belgian yeast and enough Belgian candi-sugar to make an Umpalumpa blush. The rich esters from our Belgian yeast will fill your nose, mouth and soul with a feeling of accomplishment never seen before in a macro beer world.
During periods of fasting without solid foods, Monastic brewers relied on the Double Bock; a stronger, richer beer to fulfill their basic nutritional needs. Known to them as "liquid bread," a Double Bock has a strong malt aroma and rich chewy body. In the spirited tradition of naming a Double Bock using the suffix "-ator," we give you Troegenator to provide warmth and nourishment all throughout the year.
A Belgian-style Tripel with a marriage of spicy, fruity and alcohol flavors supported by soft malt character. Although considered a substantial ale, its medium-light body would suggest otherwise due to a high rate of yeast fermentation.

Troopers Tipple is a thirst quenching “session” India Pale Ale. You will discover an earthy aroma from the English hops and a medium malt body. The crisp bitterness lead to a clean, refreshing finish. Unlike West Coast IPA’s, Troopers Tipple has a modest 38 IBU’s but plenty of hop flavor from the English East Kent Goldings added in the boil and as dry hops during cold conditioning.
Troopers Tipple has a fine golden color and a satisfying body but is less filling and more revitalizing than stronger versions. At 5.1% ABV it’s a modern interpretation of the classic.
The Original IPAs were developed to provision the troops garrisoned in India during the period of British rule. The long sea voyage from England required a higher alcohol content and the use of more hops to act as natural preservatives before refrigeration!
Originally designed to be a hoppier version of our flagship Saison, the accidental (but fortuitous) addition of two extra bags of Munich malt balanced the hop bitterness leaving us this very unique beer. Known as our Imperial Saison, Tropic King bursts with fruity tropical characteristics of passion fruit, mango, and peach from the New Zealand Rakau hops used. Combined with the pepper and ginger flavors produced by our house yeast, this beer is a flavor extravaganza that has developed a loyal following.

A balanced, soft, and juicy IPA. Ripe passion fruit and citrus hop aroma lead to a full, fruit-forward hop flavor that washes over the palate, ending with subtle bitterness. Some folks say they don’t like hoppy beers, and to that we say that hops do not equal bitterness. Hops offer a whole world of flavors, not just bitterness. In Tropicália®, they exude a luscious fruit journey your palate can enjoy over and over without fatigue.
