Tuborg Classic

Tuborg Classic is a bottom-fermented Vienna beer, which was introduced in celebration of Tuborg's 120th birthday in 1993. It was the first beer in Denmark to bear the name ‘classic’, and it’s been a true classic ever since, becoming the third best selling brand on the Danish market. It is brewed on lager, münchener, caramel and colour malt, which give it a slightly grainy, caramel-like aroma with underlying notes of blackcurrant. It goes well with veal, pork, chicken, grilled fish and classic dinner recipes with beef. You'll also enjoy it with pasta dishes with tomatoes, root vegetables and mashed potatoes. Tuborg Gold

Tuborg Gold is a real lady. It has elegance, dignity and a discrete appearance hiding a delightful level of sweetness. It’s an exciting relationship where anything can happen. Tuborg Gold is an international, bottom fermented luxury lager beer. It was first launched in the nineteenth century for export markets, but proved to be a huge success in Denmark. Its Danish nickname “The Golden Lady” stems from the commercials of the late 1950s where the model and actress Anette Strøyberg was the face associated with the beer. Since then, Gold Tuborg has always been accompanied by beautiful women. Tuborg Gold is brewed on pure lager malt and has an inviting aroma of fruit and grain with notes of fennel. It's an elegant beer with an excellent balance between a dry richness, a certain liveliness and a subtle hob character.

Turnaround Red

The turnaround is the last few notes of the blues progression, the cadence at the end of the phrase which sets up the next verse. Red ales have a long tradition in the Northwest, and have diverged significantly from their Irish red roots. The Northwest-style red has a complex hop aroma balanced by the use of lots of caramel malts, which provide a sweeter taste and give the beer its distinctive red color. TBB's Northwest Red Ale is copper going on ruby red, with a slightly sweeter feel than the rest of our beers. The malt gives the beer a pleasant medium caramel flavor. Six different hops are used in this beer, including Chinook which adds a Northwest outdoors pine aroma, a strong homage to the style.

Tweason'ale

Between the seasons, we have a special release - a gluten-free beer. But not just any gluten-free beer -- a gluten-free with gusto! "It seems as if lots of folks who have gluten-tolerance issues are pining for an interesting beer," says Dogfish founder and president Sam Calagione. "While there are a few well-made examples that mirror traditional beer styles, there arent any off-centered offerings." Enter Tweason'ale. For our first new 12-ounce 4-packs in nearly half a decade, we replaced the classic barley foundation of beer with a mild sorghum base. The hints of molasses and pit-fruit are balanced by vibrant strawberry notes and a unique complexity that comes with the addition of a malty buckwheat honey. We believe health-conscious beer drinkers and the millions of Americans who suffer from Celiac disease can cut back on gluten while relishing the distinction and drinkability of this very special brew. Tweasonale is a seasonal for between the seasons. It first hit shelves in late January 2012 and will be released four times a year through our national network of distributors.

Tweeds Tavern Stout

Tweeds Tavern Stout is an Classic Colonial-American Porter. It features a complex blend of the freshest American ingredients including black roasted barley, black malt, rolled oats, red wheat, and Cascade and Galena hops. Our stout is mellow and mild with pleasant, roasted coffee and chocolate elegance and smoothly balanced body. It produces a thick, rich, foamy, mocha head that clings to the glass. People who say they don’t like dark beers are surprised once they taste our Stout and see how delicious and drinkable it is. Tweeds Tavern will quickly become your favorite dark beer. Tweeds Tavern Stout is named after the historic Tweeds Tavern, one of the earliest breweries in the First State. This tiny inn provided a favorite meeting place for early American farmers and merchants driving Conestoga wagons to market. Patrons enjoyed the beer that was brewed on the premises. The original, restored tavern is in Tweeds Park in nearby Hockessin, Delaware. To honor this history, Tweeds Tavern Stout has all the markings of a classic Colonial era Porter. Bell's Two Hearted Ale is defined by its intense hop aroma and malt balance.
