Brewed with malted two-row barley, malted white wheat, corn, and oats. This beer features, El Dorado, Simcoe, Mosaic and Citra hops which have multiple fruit aromas like melon, papaya, pine, and citrus. It is dry hopped with the varieties listed above at 2.5 lbs per barrel..

"Steif", which means "Stiff" in German, is an ode to the phrase "I need a stiff one". Made with 100% German Malt and Hops, but finished with a Mexican Lager strain, giving it an authentic taste and feel of earlier iterations in North America. This Lager has caramel, and toffee aromas and flavors, complemented by a full body, soft mouthfeel and smooth finish, meant to be enjoyed in large quantities year-round.

This Steam Funk edition pours beautifully purple red with a pink head due to a massive amount of boysenberries and blueberries added to the fermenter. The acidity from our kettle souring technique in combination with the tannins from the fruit leaves this beer with a clean, dry, tart finish and a refreshing fruitiness upfront

Rusty Bull's take on a style we truly appreciate. We left the name for this beer up to our fans for inspiration. Our contest winner, Charlie Gravitte, suggested a name that we think pairs well with our cheeky personality. Our hope is that you enjoy the robust grain bill and the dry quality that is characteristic of the style.

Holy Funshine is a refreshing, citrusy treat for the summer months of Texas.

Anything worth doing is worth overdoing. Especially when it comes to hops. A dry-hop bill of Citra, Amarillo, and Centennial turns this otherwise classic lager on its ear.

This ale sports a deep golden hue and finishes with citrus flavors from Cascade hops.

Italian Plum Berlinerweisse

This juicy, hazy IPA is brimming with Citra and Denali hops for a fruit-forward blast of hop flavor. Drink it. You’ll like it. It’s not rocket surgery, it’s an IPA.

The Yard is a Passionfruit and Mango IPA infused with lactose and vanilla to give a smooth and refreshing mouthfeel. Low quantity hot side hops lead to a low bitterness allowing more of the hop flavour from the Citra led dry hop to come through, supporting the fruit additions and silky body.

Citra-hopped IPA

Wont You Reconsider? is a 20g/l dry hopped DIPA with a fruity, dank flavour and aroma. Mosaic is the star hop in this beer selected alongside a bready malt base and smooth water profile which results in an incredibly easy drinking beer for the ABV.

This delicate sour ale was brewed to have an almost champagne-like crisp body, thus accentuating the refined and delicate flavors of the prized Mangosteen Fruit. A sprinkling of German Saphir provides a clean and subtle hop balance. The post-fermentation addition of the tropical Purple Mangosteen adds nuanced sweet fruit flavors ranging from lychee to peach, ripe berries to white grapes, and underscored by hints of vanilla and citrus

Big, bad nod to our brewmaster’s father, Dave Thomssen. Unassuming but solid work ethic. To say it gets the job done would be an understatement. The Hayseed spent a whole year aging in Templeton Rye Barrels. What we have now is a barleywine that goes the extra mile, and then some.

We all know those Orange popsicle with the creamy filling. Well this beer is like that, but better because it has alcohol in it! Packed with enough oranges to cure scurvy, a little vanilla sweetness on the end, and just enough tartness to wake you up your tastebuds and let them know that its time to party.
