Hands up for this full tilt Pale Ale. And prepare to be heisted by this hoppy protagonist. Aggressively dry-hopped with Mandarina, Citra and Centennial - this monkey means business. Citrus and pine hit home in volume, layered over a biscuity backbone. Then hold tight for the bitter finish. Heist Monkey - stick it to the man. Part of the Fanzine club.

LocAle was brewed with local Columbia hops from Cedar Falls Hops Company. Creamy, Light, and Floral.

A 10.5 percent ABV imperial stout brewed with almonds, cocoa nibs, coffee, cinnamon, habanero peppers and vanilla beans before being aged in maple bourbon barrels and packaged in 22-ounce bottles. While the label does not specifically mention additional ingredients, churros traditionally includes sugar sprinkled on top and the snack is often filled with chocolate, dulce de leche or fruit.

Passing Me By is a Graf, a Kettle Sour blended with Peach Cider. We used 750 lbs. of peaches from local Florida farmers and a dash of vanilla.

Rose Gose is a little experiment made by infusing some rose buds and petals for light aroma along with hibiscus flowers for color in our Karengose. It has a nice blush and ever so subtle rose-aroma.

The Pacific Northwest is home to the finest berry growers in the world. When Pelican Brewing set out to create a new take on fruit beers, there was only one compass heading: massive quantities of flavorful fruit with perfectly matched beer. Volume I of Berried at Sea creates new complexities of flavor while charting a course to the darker side of fruit beer; it begins with our legendary Tsunami Stout and evolves with the addition of Northwest-grown currants and blackberries. WIth an aroma reminiscent of dark chocolate and ripe berries, the first sip sails across the palate to finish with tart fruit and a pleasing cocoa-like dryness. Enjoy before it’s lost at sea.

One-upping the mighty Tsunami Stout is no easy task. To create a beer with even more stout character, our brewers reimagined the fabled Tsunami Stout and created a new Imperial version. Full of rich roasty flavors reminiscent of dark chocolate and espresso, Father of All Tsunamis takes things one step further by aging in Rye whiskey barrels. With layers of spiciness, vanilla and caramel coming from these barrels, Father of All Tsunamis emerges with a richness and balance beyond any stout ever created at Pelican before now.

Hidden within the swirling fog is a beer as big and bold as Haystack Rock itself. Hazy Rock India Pale Ale bursts forth with intensely juicy hop aromas and a round, smooth body. The obscure, yet bold appearance belies the bright, fruity hop flavors with notes of mango, clementine, guava and pineapple. A soft finish enhances drinkability while the clean, toasty malt adds balance. It’s no milkshake, but the boys will still come to the yard for this one!

LÄCTOBÄC is our mixed culture playground. We've dropped the numbers and the kettle souring, but the fun remains. Fermented with Saison yeast, Lactobacillus, and Brettanomyces, this batch features fresh ginger, lemongrass, and lemon zest. Funky, drinkable, and satisfyingly summery.

To showcase the glory of the Mosaic hop, our brewers built a simple malt bill of two-row malted barley and a touch of malted wheat—then added loads of prized Mosaic hops. This minimalist approach lets the incredible tropical citrus hop aromas and sweet pine hop flavors come through with clarity and focus. On the finish, the clean bitterness is balanced by just enough malt character to ensure that the next sip is a foregone conclusion.

When looking to brew with our good friends from Against the Grain, we looked to brew an American classic but with a decidedly Yorkshire twist; and like our previous collaborations together, with a touch of Southern hospitality! The result? This delicious Anglo-American inspired stout! We drew inspiration from everyone’s favourite welcome to the day; breakfast! We like it hearty with a good stack of pancakes, smoky bacon and maple syrup to kick start the day the proper way! Using a portion of smoked wheat to get the taste buds salivating, healthy additions of strong coffee to get us going and maple to add a sweet finish to send us off about our business; this beer is just as good later in the day to keep the party going.

Imperial Saison meets Belgian Blonde. Named after the phrase coined by museum curators for the first constructed T-Rex skeletons put on for public display in the early 1900's. Tasting Notes: Sweet ripe banana, pepper, clove and citrus.

Clean and crisp with refreshing tangy limes and a moreish briny finish, this is our perfect summer beer. It originally took inspiration from Sleeping Lemons and the beautiful preserved lemons we use, but the idea developed into a cleaner beer, taking the Corona and lime wedge and stepping it up a notch. Brewing a beer around the taste of lime naturally led us to using this beautiful citrus fruit, utilizing both the fresh pulp and the zest. A clean and crisp base was achieved by using a lager yeast with the lime building an addictive tang to the pallet and a gose inspired flurry of salt adding to the finish. What is it? A lager, a gose, a sour... Who cares. Put simply it is one of the finest accompaniments for the British summertime.
