Legend has it that back in 1864 an English settler landed on the northern coast of Western Australia to find his new home abundant with opportunity. With only the clothes on his back, and a pint of Amber Ale in his grasp, he gazed out at the endless land before him and considered himself the luckiest man alive. Brewed in small batches to produce true, delicious tasting, craft beer, this ale is aptly named ‘Lucky Amber’ in honour of this legend. A hoppy Amber Ale, brewed with Crystal and red malts to give colour and flavour. This beer is hopped four times in the brewing process.

Moonless Stout is a refreshing, dry stout that pours pitch black with an aroma of dark roast coffee beans and bitter chocolate. This ale presents with mild bitterness and hop aroma, and is perfect with sharp cheeses, shellfish, or hearty dishes.

This lightweight beast is hopped with Simcoe, Cascade and Centennial hops, packed with tropical fruit, grapefruit and hints of piney notes. This Session IPA has 4,5% ABV and it’s very hoppy. This lightweight classic is one of Sori's first recipes that has been commercially brewed from 2013.

Our newest Spring seasonal! This Gose is designed to be slightly tart, rather than extremely tart, for easier drinkability. Salt and Lime is added to provide more depth to the overall flavor while providing additional acidity. Patiobier is perfect for that person who is looking for something light, tart and refreshing. An almost “sessionable” Gose when it comes to the tartness level.

Pumking is an ode to Púca, a creature of Celtic folklore, who is both feared and respected by those who believe in it. Púca is said to waylay travelers throughout the night, tossing them on its back, and providing them the ride of their lives, from whichthey return forever changed! Brewed in the spirit of All Hallows Eve, a time of year when spirits can make contact with the physical world and when magic is most potent. Pour Pumking into a goblet and allow it’s alluring spirit to overflow. As spicy aromas present themselves, let its deep copper color entrance you as your journey into this mystical brew has just begun. As the first drops touch your tongue a magical spell will bewitch your taste buds making it difficult to escape. This beer is brewed with pagan spirit yet should be enjoyed responsibly.

The White Stork Raï Session IPA is a New England - Style, murky, high hopped, easy drinking 3.5% Session IPA. Following the White Stork Tropikalia IPA's psychedelic Samba musical path, this beer is named in honor of the largest winter breeding ground of storks in North Africa: Eastern Algeria where Raï is a form of Algerian folk music dating back to the 1920s by chance Рай means 'Heaven' In Bulgarian

Bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout with raspberry & chocolate.

A fruity IPA fades to black. Citrus, roast and light caramel flavors.

Ghost of Eyre" Pale ale with balanced hops and malt. The Ghost of Eyre Pale Ale has a well restrained crisp bitterness. The bitterness is offset by a caramel taste, as well as fruity and floral notes.

The Lumberjack - a new wave mix of black island Stout with American hopping. Rye used in the filling gives the beer oiliness, which corresponds with the taste of chocolate and strong resinous bitterness. Aroma rich in coffee and chocolate notes, complemented by citrus sweetness.

Hibiscus infused tropical IPA with a truck load of hops. We named our beer after the psychedelic Tropicalia Samba music from the 70s. We always wanted to include a tropical ingredient in our beer and Hibiscus flowers fit the bill!

A noble composition of very traditional aroma hops from the worlds biggest connected hops growing area with a blend of the sorts "Tradition" and the original local cultivars "Hersbrucker" and "Hallertauer Mittelfrüh". Local cultivars are hops in their most original and natural way, selected out of wild growing sorts over the last centuries. They are highly sought after for their low bitter value yet very distinguished, elegant and flavorful aroma.

Our award winning Saison is the colour of the golden sun. This beer has a lively carbonation which releases aromas of luscious tropical fruit. A mellow, honey sweetness is followed by a crisp, tart finish. From a backyard party to a cozy night in, this Saison is of a fine quality and for all occasions. Serve in a stemmed tulip glass at 6-10C. Our Saison is unfiltered and sediment has settled on the bottom. Pour off the sediment for a clear beer, or rouse for more yeast character.
