Our first Brut IPA (a style originating in late 2017 in San Francisco) is fruity with a light body, champagne-like carbonation and a dry finish. We hop-burst with Azacca, Mosaic & Motueka and dry-hopped with Mandarina Bavaria & Mosaic, lending a lot of strawberry, kiwi & pineapple notes.

Citra-Hero is amping up the intensity with a new concept suit fueled by the dynamic Type-45 Citra hop. Reduced plant matter triggers more essential hop oils, further accelerating her citrusy impact. Two rounds of dry hops unleash a staggering 5 pounds of Citra, Simcoe, and Kohatu per barrel, triggering an explosive amount of melon, berry, and tropical fruit flavors.

Lagerstadt. The city of lagers. Oktoberfest. The oldest standing celebration in the world. Now, together in a can. Introducing Lagerstadt Oktoberfest Lager. See a bright golden color with copper highlights. Taste subtle hints of honey, hazelnut and almond paired with light noble hops sourced from Germany. Get a slight malt sweetness that is lightly toasted and nutty. This cold-fermented beer finished with a clean, crisp lager taste. Bring the homeland home.

Our Bierspezialität or German beer specialty is a full, rich-bodied seasonal lager. Oktoberfest is a golden straw colored, easy drinking beer. It was brewed with traditional German barley malt and hops to give an intensely flavored, malt-forward, beer. This beer truly represents the Bavarian way of celebrating. Ein Prosit!

Milk Stout Nitro

A winter fruit flavour profile with juicy black doris plums, overlying the fresh citrus berliner base.

The beer that started our Diddily Series. This Flanders inspired red sour is loaded with 7.5 lbs per barrel of Montmorency cherries, hand picked by our brewery staff from our owner's cherry tree. Brewed with pale malt, malted wheat, biscuit malt, and melanoidin malt for notes of graham cracker and caramel. Hopped with whole cone centennial hops - “Fine and dandy like sour candy.”

Kappa Flounder is our fifth, draft-only Hazy IPA making its debut in 2018. A follow-up to Alpha Squid, Beta Guppy, Delta Dugong, and Zeta Puffer, this brew is a limited release.

A taste of the desert Southwest. Mesquite blossom honey and New Mexico Pinon coffee beans collide for a intense bean experience.

Somewhere I Belong is a dark rich Porter, comprising of 7 malt grains and flaked oats. Although bitterness and hoppiness is not at the forefront of this beer, it moderately bittered and lightly flavoured with NZ and traditional British varieties. The beer is then matured and conditioned on huge amounts of toasted coconut to add to its fantastic flavour!

A monumental over-fruited "smoothie" style Berliner Weisse. Based in our classic Berliner Weisse, we double the grain bill and add healthy doses of lactose sugar in the boil to elevate the body. After fermentation we condition this beer on over one pound per gallon of Raspberry puree. The resulting liquid is a candy-like Raspberry Sorbet that offers a thick and satisfying body, well shrouded alcohol and explodes with unending rich and luscious Raspberry flavors. Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Streetside Brewery.

Characteristically over the top exhibition of hops in a beer that's imposing but sessionable in the extreme. Ingredients: water, barley malt, barley, rye, hops (Centennial, Amarillo, Mosaic, Chinook), yeast.

Intense and long-lasting aroma, with light notes of coffee combined with a characteristic bitterness. It has a dark color, a velvety texture, and a fading foam.

Experiment 02, this beer was fermented 100% Brettanomyces, that was isolated from our Port barrels.
