Imperial Stout fermentata con lievito da Whisky ed invecchiata per 9 mesi in botti di Whisky Scozzese. La sua elevata dolcezza bilancia il grado alcolico importante. // The base beer was a 15%vol. Imperial Stout with larger amount of residual dextrins and unfermented sugar that we aged for 9 months in Whisky Barrel from Scotland to obtain this Imperial Sweet Stout. During this time the barrel releases to this beer a unique character, sweet, smooth, with hint of tobacco and peated. It will warm-up your mouth and your soul.

Cafuné is a 6% aromatic IPA with coffee addition. This beer was brewed with our friends from Oitava Colina and aims to challenge preconceived concepts about IPAs. With a generous use of Mosaic hops in the whirlpool and dry-hop, this creation presents intense citric aromas. It also features tangerine and papaya notes, and finishes with subtle roasted and caramel flavors, from the lightly toasted Colombian, Kenyan and Ethiopian coffees used.

New double IPA on our own style, fruity, citrusy, piney, dry, medium bitterness.

Straw colored slightly cloudy IPA with great taste smoothness without over hopped bitterness.

Brewed in the style of a New England IPA, Earthworm War by Indiana City features whirlpool and massive double dry hop additions of Michigan Copper, Falconer Flight, Cascade hops, creating a super fresh, juicy beer with very low hop bitterness. This one's hazier than your head after a spin in the teacups– Juicier than the truth itself. Earthworm War is the third release of twelve in Indiana City's 2018 Craft Brew Doodle Crew series.

This beer is a big American hopped red ale, brewed with a large percentage of malted and unmalted rye. A number of specialty malts are added to give it its red hue and toffee flavour. The result packs a massive hop punch that is balanced by the generous use of the different malts, it certainly is a Bloody RIPA!

German IPA is a hop-forward beer with 7.4% ABV. It is inspired in American IPAs, but uses exclusively German hops to spice it up. It features a very simple malt bill to let the hop flavors shine through and It uses a heavy load of hops in the whirlpool and dry-hopping. It displays mainly herbal aromas, crisp bitterness, and fruity, citric flavors.

This beer was made in the same day of the harvest of our Cascade hops, from the crop that we have near our brewery in Vila Verde. On this day we host LETRA Harvest Fest, a party to brew this beer with fresh hops harvested by hand from the hop vine by our friends.

Double IPA with Strawberries, Mint, & Lime – We brewed this beer with our friends from Bare Hands Brewery. Inspired by friendship, silliness and strawberry mojitos, the beer you hold in your hand is the culmination of many years of friendship between our two breweries. Generously hopped with Styrian Wolf and Citra hops and loaded up with fruit, this double IPA might just steal your heart.

A West Coast original, this bold IPA balances bitterness and body with copious late and dry hop additions, injecting big flavor and aroma of fruit and pine.

Saison with the addition of fruits at the end of fermentation (pears and apples), and olive flower at the end of boiling.

Cross between Even More Jesus and Noa Pecan Mud Cake aged in blueberry cheesecake barrels.

We aged this brew for 7 months in rye whiskey barrels. To balance out the intense barrel flavor, cacao nibs were added. This beer is not to be taken lightly. It’s said that the river is the main resting place for traitors and wrongdoers. One thing is for sure, do not turn your back on Kokytus. Kokytus is the second highest abv beer we’ve ever produced. What’s tricky, or deceptive, about this beer is its drinkability. The booziness is very well hidden behind layers of sweet chocolate, rich whiskey, and a slight smokiness.
