Citra Local’s is our flagship American Lager but with a fun new twist. Dry hopped with Citra hops, this beer is bursting with fresh grapefruit aromas. Similar complementary hop flavors are perceived within but without any imparted bitterness. The light Pilsen malt creates a soft and subtle flavor profile that finishes crisp and clean, once the initial hoppy perceptions subside.

Building on the success of our previous 'Into The Woods' Imperial Stout variants, we brewed a big Imperial Milk Stout and infused it with 50kg of toasted coconut and a pleasant amount of cacao and vanilla for a thick and decadent treat.

Our friend Dan came up with the flavor profile that Don Johnson would dig. Mango and Pineapple in this Berliner Weisse. Tropical fruit refresher- perfect summertime relief whether you’re in Florida or Nebraska. Crockett and Tubbs approved!

German Munich malts were used to create a rich, smooth, and complex toasted bread crust flavor in this German lager. Dependably drinkable whether in a 4 oz. taster or in a liter stein. Boiler’s brewmaster Tim Thomssen devised this beer. The name of the beer is rooted deep in German folklore. It takes much thought, and equal parts this beer, to crack the code to its meaning. Prost!

Our 4th variation of Episodes Pale Ale. This one features the Vic. Secret hop, which is a nice tropical Australian hop.

A belgian-style dark strong ale with cherries added and aged in Bourbon Barrel. Features a complex & layered malt bill and hues of deep red & brown. Expect notes of plum, dates, raisins, cherry, hint of chocolate, vanilla & bourbon. This one may leave you feeling a sense of estrangement from all others things. Or maybe just feeling a little bit "strange".

This wicked dank, crushable New England-style Pale Ale features an epic amount of oats for a sweet, slick mouthfeel, Simcoe hops, and juicy pineapple. A perfect end to any skate session. Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Cloud 9 Griptape.

Florette pours a light red color thanks to the hibiscus petals we add in the whirlpool. On top of color, the petals add a subtle undercurrent of tartness to balance the beer’s hop-derived citrus and tropical fruit notes. Local honey and Belgian-style yeast add the final layer of fruit-forward esters, making for an end result that’s both elegant and extremely drinkable.

It took a while for us to get our hands on the New Zealand hop Nelson Sauvin so we decided to double dry hop a Brut style IPA with it. The light and dry base beer accentuates the slightly dry and vinous flavour and aroma of the hops. The artwork is inspired by a remote and mysterious cycling route called the Forgotten World Highway in New Zealand.

Straw-gold in color, crisp and clean-finishing with assertive hop bitterness. Noble hops are present on the palate.

Maple Cinnamon Imperial Oatmeal Stout

Thumbs IPA is our super hoppy beer for those who love the flavor and strong taste that hops brings to a string beer.

We brewed this kettle sour yo be slightly tart with a dry, refreshing finish. Passionfruit gives the beer a bright tropical profile.

A low sweet grainy aroma with slight cherry in the background. The Kayak Kolsch has a slight bitterness that leaves no harsh aftertaste, and melds perfectly with the crisp light bready quality. Enjoyable anytime of day, possibly even after a nice paddle down the Cuyahoga River.

Blam! Over the top coconut COCONUT stout. A whole lot of love, and probably even more raw organic coconut goes into the Koo Koo. It’s like drinking a candy bar.
