The cider that started it all for Locust - we set out to make the most drinkable cider in the world, ad we think we did. Bright citrus and pineapple notes with a crisp and balanced finish makes Original Dry THE SESSION CIDER, and great with any food. WE drink it (a few...) while we're BBQing in the backyard. A rich American Brown Ale with a deep mahogany hue. Caramel, toffee, and chocolate flavors greet the senses with every sip of this delicious beer. A slight piney and citrusy bitterness from classic Pacific Northwest hops helps to balance the malty flavors and lasts well into the finish. Judicious amounts of flaked oats create a smooth creamy mouthfeel that will entice you into another sip. Wallops Island is where the now famous frog was thrown off of the launchpad when a Minotaur V rocket blasted off into space.

Golden ale with herbal and spicy hop aromas, light bodied and slightly fruity on the palate.

Emma French Farmhouse Ale, brewed with hibiscus, rose petals, tangerine peel, strawberries, and champagne yeast.

One-Two Punch is an 8.5% DDH Imperial IPA based off our Punch IPA. It is hopped with Michigan Copper hops for aromas of Hawaiian Punch. We hit this beer with Michigan Copper in the kettle and first dry hop, and dry hopped it a second time with a heavy dose of Mosaic.

Initiative, Tenacity, Vision... all good things, but the real secret to success lay in achieving ‘flow’, being completely in the moment. Sweet melon and citrus aromatics light up your limbic system while smooth wheat and flaked oat malts tickle your tongue.

This style has been recently resurrected in recent times and provides the perfect base to this weird and wonderful beer. Tom Yum Gose brings together the fresh aromatic spices of Laos and Thailand, the natural wild yeasts of Somerset and carefully sourced salt to make a truly remarkable and refreshing beer.

West coast-style IPA brewed with only "C hops" featuring intense citrus, tropical fruit and pine flavor and aroma.

Brewed with whole leaf hops, this beer is out of this world. Subtle undertones of grapefruit, pine, and tropical fruit keep things orbiting.

Our all-mosaic dry-hopped double IPA brewed with blackberries, Madagascar vanilla and a proprietary blend of sugars.

Bullseye Ultimatum is a bold cider made from a refreshing blend of sweet and tart apples. Hibiscus and orange zest work perfectly together, with floral notes of cranberry and citrus. Belgian candi sugar provides a touch of toffee sweetness, while a pinch of pink salt elevates the drinkability. Light carbonation brings it all together for a crisp finish.

American IPA using the Citra hop, which imparts a distinct tropical citrus aroma to this medium-bodied IPA.

South American style lager that is brewed with pale malts sourced from Patagonia, Chile. Dos Pilotos is an all-day drinking beer that pairs perfectly with a lime.
