Ever wanted to make like Alice and enter a wonderland of your own? Well, to that we say ‘drink me’. This doppelbock is your golden ticket to a prelapsarian forest full of apples. Well… we did already pick those apples and baked it into a creamy Austrian pastry with vanilla, raisins and cinnamon. We used the best german malts and hops to get down this rabbit hole. Drink this portion and you’ll soon be consulting caterpillars, organizing mad tea parties and playing croquet with the queen. Yes, wonderland is yours for the taking. Just don’t lose your head down there.

Brewed in-house, this Red Ale is made with big dragon fruit additions.

A complex malt bill, yet refreshing beer, delivers layers of roasty flavours, coffee and panela, offset by a herbaceous hop profile.

This beer has a light earthy or spicy hop nose, along with a slightly sweet Pils malt character. Shows a subtle yeast character that may include the following…spicy phenolics, perfumy, honey- like alcohol, along with yeasty, fruity esters (commonly orange-like or lemony). Medium hop and alcohol bitterness to create balance in this summer Blonde.

Ærø Duke Hans no. 5 is incredibly popular. It is brewed on water, pilsner barley malt, caramel barley malt, roasted barley malt, wheat flour, yeast, sugar and spicy with the flavor of Goldings. Walnut flavors have been added after fermentation. This good bowl is low-foaming and ground with a good hops bitterness, complemented by the sweet walnut flavor. Much as the Norsemen of yesteryear conquered Northern Europe through relentless aggression, so too has the ATL exploded on the soccer scene, leaving nothing but the carnage of broken attendance records and discarded expansion expectations. To honor their Sovereignty, the 17s at Second Self and Terminus Legion took inspiration from the inimitable warriors of Norway by resurrecting a 500-year-old proprietary yeast mixture and infusing it into a strictly Atlantan IPA, resulting in over-the-top mango & passionfruit, with a hint of GA peach.
