Brewed using traditional Japanese herbs in spring, this is a fruit beer that packs punch.

This Strong Pale Ale is made with 2 row and Ashburne Mild malt, which gives it a beautiful golden hue, and is hopped entirely with Cryo hops, which are designed to provide intense hop flavor and aroma. We used a blend of Mosaic, Cascade, and Simcoe to showcase the fragrant, fruity hop notes, and provide solid hop bitterness.

Is it an IPA? Is it Coffee? Actually its both! We started with a conservative IPA malt base to showcase the all Citra IPA. Then our friends at Chesapeake Bay Coffee Roasters paired a single origin Ethiopian Yirgacheffe with the Citra to create a perfect melding of flavors and aromas. We dry hopped it with Citra and then with the coffee to impart huge coffee aroma and flavor. Can there really only be one? Not this time Highlander.

A clean lager-type of profile with a touch of esters or fruit notes coming through from the ale yeast. An exceedingly drinkable beer which we make with 100% German Noble hops and malts.

Mead aged in Bourbon barrels for 6 months.

Clean, with hints of coffee and roasted marshmallow. European hops are used to balance the body alongside the German specialty malts and German yeast that impart fruitcake and fresh dough flavors and aromas. 4.9% abv. Gold medal winner at the 2018 US Open Beer Championship.

The story goes that twin 'beerded' brothers, Thomas and Charles, set out to find the great inland sea of Australia, Lake Eyre. Ensuring they stowed plenty of Pale Ale for their journey into the scorching centre, they soon had no choice but to stay put and let the water find them. This Pale Ale is the lead beer of the Steamrail range, picking up a Bronze medal at the 2016 Royal Adelaide Beer Awards & Silver Medal at Australian International Beers Awards 2018. A Pale Ale brewed with wheat and crystal malt. It has two additions of the citrus and floral cascade hop in the brewhouse. It is then dry hopped in the fermenter with the intensely flavour-filled Australian Galaxy Hop.

A crisp NZ style pilsner with medium bitterness and a hip hop burst of citrus hop flavour and aroma from renowned NZ grown Riwaka, Motueka and Nelson Sauvin hop varieties. A popular style of beer with medium body and a crisp clean finish.

Session Sour Mango, brewed with mango juice and lactose

We modeled this smooth Vienna Lager after the lager from the Yuengling Brewery in Pennsylvania, the oldest brewery in the U.S. It’s heavy on the caramunich malt, giving it a slight roasty taste around the middle. A light, flavorful beer that you can drink all day.
