The Great Raspby is an American wheat ale using almost 100lbs of Oregon raspberries giving it an engaging reddish/pink hue. The fruit addition gives it an inviting aroma of fresh-picked raspberries and a light, refreshing tartness which balances the full-bodied wheat profile and compliments the malt sweetness. So we beat on, boats against the current, borne back ceaselessly into the past. A 90’s fruited wheat throwback finishing crisp and effervescent perfectly suited for the summer.

Hey Bud, Let's Party is a Wild Wheat Beer aged on Grapefruit zest and Cinnamon and later re-fermented with Organic Dapplefire Pluots from Hanford, California.

Our local fresh hop season has arrived and this first release of 2018 is a collaboration with the Brownwood’s of Nopalito Farms and Fede and Shannon of Hoppy Beer Hoppy Life, beer gear aficionados who are celebrating their anniversary. A very fun brew day where we’re using new ingredients and techniques. We used German Best Red X and Great Western Caramel Steam malts and solid dosing of C-hops in both pellet form as well as the fresh flowers from Nopalito farms. Chinook, Cascade, Columbus and Comet pellets went in at whirlpool and then we loaded up over 10lbs per barrel of Nopalito's fresh picked Chinook and Columbus flowers into our ‘hopback’ and if that wasn't enough we tossed Crystal, Chinook, Cascade and Columbus pellets into a hop stand for good measure. The result is an old school full bodied hoppy red ale that is dark amber, with a smooth drinking with delicate caramel sweetness. Earthy resin, black currant, floral & sticky pine aroma and flavors dance around from the hops and the beer finishes with an assertive but balanced bitterness.

Tastes almost like a cider but is actually a grain apple hybrid. Michigan Macintosh apple and pale malt.

A traditional Polish Lager brewed by Voodoo Brewery to celebrate (some of) our Polish heritage. Inspired by and named after the town Curt and Matteo's family emigrated from in Poland, Poznań, our newest beer weighs in at 6.3% ABV and 32 IBUs. This lager is brewed with 4 varieties of imported barley and two varieties of Polish hops, Lubelski and Marynka, and is then fermented with our house lager yeast. The result is a crisp, clean, easy drinking lager that pays homage to our family's roots. We hope you enjoy this beer as much as we did brewing it. Okrzyki

A collaboration brew with Karl Strauss. We went down to Karl Strauss’ historic Columbia St. brewpub (opened in 1989) and brewed this for National IPA day with a mentor and all around brewing badass Paul Segura. Day 2 we got to hang with our former Head Brewer Ryan Traylor who helped finish the back to back brews. A fun spin on a new style we chose to use 100% Nelson hops with white wine grapes. Sixth Sense is all about the flavor and aroma of the hops as the body is super dry and deceptively smooth for the 7.3% with rich fruity & white wine flavors and aromas. Trust your instincts and give Sixth Sense a pull or two!

Welcome aboard our experimental range of Tuned IPAs. European hops of bergamot and rose, giving way to a fruit bombardment - countdown to strawberry, quince, pineapple, grape and lemon. Fresh grassy hop notes run alongside the mothership. All culminating in a trademark bitter boom finish. Sonic Boom - IPA tuning at the speed of sound.

Stropicalitrus uses Citra, Cascade, Simcoe, Vic Secret and El Dorado hops to create complex flavor and aromas of stone fruit (apricot/nectarine), spicy resin with a touch of savory, candy, tropical fruit (pineapple/kiwi) and bright citrus (grapefruit/orange). An aroma and flavor-forward IPA with a smooth and rich in the mouthfeel. Stropi has a bit of it all for you fruity loving hopheads!

Francisco Moreno, captain of the love boat ‘Tacos La Mezcla’ and the original #tacohustler celebrates his 5th anniversary and we made a Baja inspired Brut IPA. We sourced a beautiful heirloom Olotillo Morado from Masienda, ground in-house and used it in the mash and we added just a touch of salt in the boil to accentuate the flavor of the hops. As this is a Brut, the beer is bone dry finishing a little below 0p. Cisco helped pick the hop blend and they are popping with resinous dankness with fruity pine and tropical and citrusy tones. There is a faint hint of hominy flavor that balances with the hops and a very light salinity that accentuates the character of the hops. A unique take on a unique style for the Taco Hustler himself. It is a honey stout brewed with roasted malt and lactose for smoothness. Local honey from Crouse Farms gives it a light crispness with just a touch of sweetness. All this goodness made in a land flowing with milk and honey. Pairs Well With: Grilled Meat, Chili, Freedom.

An Unfiltered Blonde Ale, golden straw in color with a slight haze and a fluffy white head of foam. A crisp, session ale balanced for accessible flavor and drinkability. Light malt flavor with a gentle American hop aroma.

Pours deep red with a thin, lacy head. Strong brandy overtones of fresh cut oak, tobacco, and red fruit greet the nose, followed by notes of toffee and marzipan. The taste echoes the aroma with intense brandy flavors of wood, vanilla, and mild black pepper , with tart cherry and toasty caramel malt in close pursuit. Medium-bodied, it finishes with lingering cherry tartness and mild alcohol warmth.
