We’ve pushed the pedal to metal and revved up the hops in our Trees of Tahoe Pale Ale to bring you this one-of-kind brew that sports an aroma of dank and soft wood notes that lead into a surprisingly smooth and balanced brew that combines a mildly bitter front end with a soft, approachably sweet finish.

We can’t get enough of this Hibiscus tea Blonde Ale. Brewed with Hibiscus tea flowers, this beer is pink in color, floral and light on the palate. It finishes dry and delicious.

This American-style barley wine is a unique take on our second ever seasonal from 2014. Laid to rest in Town Branch Rye barrels over four years ago, this ale has been developing flavor and interacting with the oak and residual whiskey ever since. You are greeted with bold sweet notes of malted barley, and left with the strong peppery finish of the finest rye whiskeys.

Every year we age a special batch of our much-loved Russian Imperial Stout in Bourbon barrels. The depth, intensity, and complexity of the flavor profile of this special release, like its predecessors, make it a worthy tribute to Old Rasputin. Prior to 2010, Barrel-Aged Old Rasputin was released in such limited quantities that it was available only at the North Coast Brewing retail shop in Fort Bragg, California. However, we received so many requests for this beer that we began producing enough Barrel-Aged Old Rasputin to put into broader, but still limited, distribution.

Coffee Bertha is our Milk Stout Bertha infused with cold brew from the coffee connoisseurs at Cincinnati’s Deeper Roots. This beer is a limited, draft-only release making its debut in 2018. Nitro Coffee Bertha is also available.

Dangerously Close to Stupid Passionfruit is an Imperial IPA with dangerous amounts of Passionfruit, brewed with dangerous amounts of care & passion for the series. DCTS Passionfruit for short, is the tart addition to the series. Super acidity brightness cuts through the slight malty notes characteristic of the series, with heavy hitting, sweet fruity notes coming through at the end.

Delta Dugong is our third, draft-only Hazy IPA making its debut in 2018. A follow-up to Alpha squid and Beta Guppy, this brew is primary hopped for aromatic accentuation, producing piney and juicy notes complimented by a smooth mouthfeel. This Hazy IPA is loaded with notes of resinous pine and juicy papaya, both accented by a smooth, full-bodied finish.

Seasonal porter by BentSpoke. Rich notes of vanilla, chocolate and coffee on the nose. Mild roast followed by malt sweetness finishing dry.

A mainstream lager with a moderate hop character and slightly sweet, fruity, refreshing aroma and taste.

One of the highlights of our first MBCC experience this year was meeting the great people behind some of the world’s best breweries (and cideries!) and sampling what they had to offer. A few people in particular that we got talking with inspired some new and exciting collaboration ideas, and this is one of them. On this occasion we have been lucky enough to welcome not just one, but two of these breweries to Leeds to brew with. First up we have Civil Society, a Florida based brewery who have perfected the art of bringing a little bit of Florida sunshine to all their beers! We have also managed to snag our second collaboration with Slim Pickens, the maker of cider and mead that tastes like the best juice you ever drank. We decided to brew a double dry hopped New England style IPA with them and we invited our guests to pick their favourite hops of the moment to headline the beer. Karl from Civil Society and Todd from Slim Pickens came up with the classy trio of Citra, Hallertau Blanc and Lemon Drop giving this IPA a sublime balance of citrus zest, grape juice and ripe tropical fruit over a super smooth oat-heavy base.

Peroni has been produced in Italy since 1846, always following the original recipe and using the best ingredients. Brewed to suit the Italian palate with low but present fruity and floral notes, complementing the bitterness and sweetness, followed by a clean after taste.

For the third installment of Prism, our dry-hopped saison series, we selected Cascade and Hallertau Blanc. Using the same simple grist, and expressive Belgian yeast strain, this itineration of Prism exudes huge grapefruit notes blended with massive aromas of white tea with a slight classic grassy finish that we all love in saison.

A Berliner Weisse made with native Australian hibiscus flowers (rosella). The slight sweetness of the hibiscus balances the slight sourness of the Berliner Weisse perfectly, making it a super refreshing beer.

Imperial Stout w/ Cocoa, Cinnamon, Gindungo Chilli and Vanilla. There was a time that all the New World was divided by two between Portugal and Spain, by an imaginary line defined by the Treaty of Tordesillas (Portuguese: Tratado de Tordesilhas). The tready was a landmark for the Portuguese Empire which was so big that had lands from America to China. And in all those lands the portuguese explorers found lots of spices known nowadays. Tordesilhas Imperial Stout it's a ode to all the flavours once discovered by those brave navigators.
