American Pale Ale

The 736 India Pale Ale is a light, heavily heaped, strong beer with 7.5 vol.% Alk. And a particularly prominent hop aroma in smell and antrunk. It has a very intense hops aroma, which is achieved by a double cold hop ("Hopfenstopfen") with Hallertauer tradition, Hersbrucker Cascade, Hersbrucker Mandarina Bavaria hops and USA Chinnok at different times of the long maturation of the beer. Without the citrus components in the aroma of the Cascade hops, the triumphal procession of the American "craft brewer scene" could hardly be imagined. The powerful, but round bitter, is ensured by a generous gift from Hallertauer pearl aromas during the wort boiling. The name "736" is based on the first written mentions of hop cultivation in Hallertau in 736 AD.

Classic, southern German Pils with pronounced, pleasant bitterness and fine hop flower. The use of the pottery varieties Hallertauer Perle and Hallertauer tradition lend the no. 1 a particularly tart, hop-aromatic character. Very soft brewing water and a bright Pilsen malt are the basic prerequisites for a round pile flavor.

Pouring a deep caramel color, this Brown Ale was brewed with Buckwheat. Expect a malt-forward easy drinker with an earthy aroma of roasted peanuts and a smooth, toasty nut flavor.

Duckstein Opal Pilsener Grand Cru is a bottom-fermented premium pilsner, brewed from four selected hops and malt varieties. The Opal hop gives this beer a fruity note. The use of Cascade and Hüll-Melon aroma hops, as well as the cold-hopped Madarina Bavaria produce a lean, gold-coloured beer with a balanced hop bitterness and a pronounced hoppy aroma.

Plenty to sing and hop to, we’ve taken a classic American pale ale and added some backing singers to create a beer with a darkly roasted, robust body. Rich chocolate and caramel malts mixed with spicy rye and Amarillo hops. You’ve grown, so grown. Taste: Spicy rye notes with a brooding full flavoured dark malt base are balanced with fruity American hops adding citrus character and lingering bitterness. Unfiltered and made to last.

ften one of the most overused adjectives in brewing is the term "juicy." A lack of clarity can very much be one small characteristic of a "juicy" profile, but we prefer to put our focus on over the top fruity aromas and flavors that... well... taste like juice. Consisting of 50% wheat and 50% barley, Terrace IPA has a doughy and grainy malt profile with a body like a down blanket; dominated by a landscape of new world hop character. You'll initially be crane-kicked in the nose with bold aromas of Sauvignon Blanc wine grape, over-ripe peaches, deep fruity notes, Juicy Fruit gum, and finishing with a unique musk-like character to round out this complex and brilliantly unique IPA. Bitterness is quite soft, only aiding in playing up the over-the-top juicy flavor profile and keeping the perfect balance for crushability. Dry in sweetness but strong in body, Terrace IPA walks a tightrope between sessionable IPA and decadent juice-bomb, resulting in an IPA for any season.

Inspired by the town of Brattleboro, the unique sour ale brewed with cider, captures the best of local flavors. Brattlebeer is slightly tart, light bodied and dry with both fruity and malty undertones, and a rocky, champagne-like head. Fermented spontaneously with a blend of local apple cider, malt, and hops, this delicate pale ale pairs well with soft cheeses and herbal entrees, and often compliments seasonal fruit desserts.

Sour golden ale brewed with lemons and salt

Dankbot places the focus squarely on the hops so they can be the hero of the beer. A layer of earthy and extra dank hops on top of bold citrus characters make this beer our hoppiest to date.

Our first single hop barrel-fermented dry-hopped sour went over pretty well, so the series continues. This time it’s Mosaic playing with our barrels and bugs. Dry, oaky, stone fruits, citrus, a hoppy edge, and restrained acidity. We aged it for you, drink it fresh.

A Golden Pale Ale Medium Light body with off white lacy head deemed the project, this Base recipe will always be a balanced bright and juicy and showcase a new dry hop with every new release. First up EL-Dorado: strong fruit nose reminiscent of strawberry, lemon and melon with a lingering candy like finish.
