Our Golden Ale infused with rose hips during secondary fermentation gives this slightly pink golden ale a floral spicy nose with hint of citrus. Our Golden Ale infused with whole Montmorency pie cherries from Yamhill County during the secondary fermentation. Rosy gold in color, its aroma has hints of cherries, as well as almonds. Not too sweet, and just a little bit tart, this ale's smooth dry finish makes it light on the tongue. Enjoy this ale for a reminder of summer. A seasonal beer made when the cherries are ripe!

The best of both brewing worlds: A hybrid Belgian-American strong pale ale with golden-copper color, medium body and maltiness, low caramel/toasty malt flavor, floral and citrus-like American-variety hops used to produce high hop bitterness, flavor and aroma but some phenolic spiciness and high fruity esters from Belgian ale yeast.

Hornsby's Amber Hard Cider is a medium bodied cider, with a golden amber hue and notes of green apple on the nose. The taste has ripe fruit notes throughout with a full apple flavor, Th finish is balanced and smooth with a tart dryness.

Our amber is based on a lager style in Germany known as a Martzn, but don’t be fooled, ours is an ale. Its bold and malty character is contrasted with the clean and spicy character of the German Noble Hops.

Amber is eminently drinkable and well-balanced with notes of caramel sweetness; roasted malt and a slightly bitter finish from the late addition Cascades. The head on the beer is slightly off-white and laces down the glass throughout the drinking experience.

Invented for the Liége exposition of 1905 to compete with British imports, the Spéciale Belge or Belgian pale ale style marries the complexity of Belgium’s beers to the drinkability of Britain’s pale ales. Dageraad Amber’s light malty sweetness and rich bouquet of malt and stone fruit are balanced by a hoppy aroma and a crisp finish. This beer was inspired by the experience of enjoying a fresh bolleke − Antwerp locals’ affectionate nickname for a glass of De Koninck − in the Dageraadplatz, just a stone’s throw from the De Koninck Brewery. Dageraad Amber is fermented with Belgian yeast and bottle conditioned for natural carbonation, and an extra layer of complexity. Pour with care to leave the yeast sediment in the bottle.
