Babylon is an English take on an American style of the traditionally English India Pale Ale. Originated for the long voyage from England to India, and adopted as the quintessential Northwest beer style, IPA’s have a strong presence in the modern craft beer scene. This big Double IPA is influenced by its English roots, but firmly planted in the modern stylings of Northwest brewing, and enjoyable to hop enthusiasts everywhere!

Bachelor ESB is a well-rounded traditional style English pub bitter that is always on tap at our Bend pub. Its full-flavored perfection comes from crystal malts, providing caramelized and toasted sugar notes, and generous amounts of English and domestic hops.

Aged in Nicaraguan Flora de Cana Rum Barrels for over 12 weeks, the Batchelors Delight is a unique and delicious Belgian-Style Quadrupel Ale. Tasting Notes: Plum, dates, raisin, vanilla and rum Name Origin: Like all great legends the facts are in dispute. Batchlors Delight is named for one of the most notorious and important pirate ships in history. Captained by the infamous buccaneers Davis, Wafer and Hingson, who won the ship in a card game. After years of pirating in the Caribbean the trio were set on retiring in Virginia. They were arrested near Hampton Roads and spent nearly 3 years in prison. They were able to negotiate their freedom by giving up a large portion of their booty, which King William used for the “Charitable Purpose” of founding the College of William and Mary.

Back FortyThe “Back Forty” is property commonly found on the outskirts of the Wisconsin family farm. That’s the Back Forty. The beer you hold is similar both dark and adventurous still smooth and familiar. Here’s a beer you can enjoy without pretense or explanation. Every mind requires some acres of possibility, space for dreams, the great escape, everyone needs a Back Forty.

Backdraft is a rauch bier or smoked lager. Bamberg Germany is the home of rauch bier. The imported German malts used for brewing this beer have been smoked over a beechwood fire. Sutble smokiness makes for a very good complement to red meat, barbeque or any hearty fare. Backdraft is a singular creation of Head Brewer Cory Buenning.

No extracts please! We used twenty-five pounds of real blackberries per barrel of beer, to give our first berry beer a fresh and natural blackberry taste. Using a light wheat ale base, our Backscatter Blackberry Wheat beer has a light bready undertone with a hint of blackberries. With a bright berry color, this beer is a fun diversion from our typical ales. A great summer brew!
