This all local hopped American pale ale was created, in collaboration with Chicagoland are Whole Foods Market. Featuring cascade, centennial and wilamette hops grown in Wisconsin by our friends at Gorst Valley Hops and in Michigan by out friends at Hop Head Farms. Enjoy it fresh!

We want to know how those Belgian monks really do it, but the brew house doors at the monasteries seem to always be locked a little too tightly. What are they doing back there? Is there one super monk that does all the brewing while the other monks text their monastery bros? Do they turn water into wine, then turn wine into beer? Are they doing something...um, weird...? Who knows? They're probably just really good at brewing. Anyways, we took a lightly sweetened version of a brown ale and fermented it with Belgian yeast. A touch of toast and a light bitterness leaves a divine result.

Our kellerbier is inspired by the long tradition of unfiltered pilsners and named after the iconoclastic DC movie starring the Shaw neighborhood and the great Peter Sellers in his last role.

A Belgian Style IPA, based on our Half Cycle IPA. Same huge hop presence as Half Cycle, but with a slightly fruity, drier finish than its American cousin. Generously dry-hopped with El Dorado hops which give it an extra layer of complexity.

Fruity and spicy with a nice Belgian yeast zing. With 40% wheat, it's like a Witte meets a BPA meets a saison. Highly Hopped to boot! Incredibly refreshing and drinkable. Tribute to the ship in Life Aquatic. We love Bill Murray. Here he is looking into our grundy tank (not really).

A classic I.P.A., light in malt character with a health dose of Summit and Columbus hops. Perfect for bribing your favorite belayer.

This specialty beer (yes, it’s a beer) is aged in Rum barrels for six months after initial fermentation. A slight boozy nose followed by a sweet, velvety and palatable finish similar to a port or sherry. As the name implies, Elrond would be drinking this.

This is the beer that started the brewery. Named after the ancient homeland of the Lavery's. It is rich, dark and smokey. Not for the faint of heart but that's how we intended it. It has a taste of bacon, which is one of the most beautiful images I can image; a bacon beer (No actual bacon is in this beer). A solid earthy hop bitterness with a little astringency from the dark malts. This beer has no better pair than excellent Vermont Cheddar cheese.

A farmhouse blend of local apples fermented with a Belgian Abbey Ale yeast. This cider invokes the characteristics of preferred Belgian beers with notes of tropical fruit resulting in a smooth creamy mouth feel.

A taste of Belgium. A light to medium bodied beer, amber in color with a low bitterness. A unique Belgian yeast is used to give its signature spicy, earthy aroma and taste.

A Fruity, Rich, Monastic Style Beer. Deep brown colored with a generous long lasting fine bubble head. Truly a Meal. Aroma: Dark Fruits and Caramel Tasting/Flavor: Velvety with a Hint of Hazelnut Finish: Regal with a Peppery Spiciness
