The redolence of roasted coffee pulls you into our deceivingly light Belgian Dry Stout. Flavors of lightly roasted coffee and baker’s chocolate are apparent before a slightly dry finish.

Abbey-inspired ale made with superior pale ale malt ad crystal malts, and is lightly hopped with Galaxy hops.

Our Belgian Dubbel is a malt forward, rich and fruity brown ale brewed with our house Belgian yeast. It is also brewed with Dark Belgian Candi Sugar adding to the complexity and alcohol content.

Our version of a Belgian classic! Auburn in color with reddish undertones, biscuity, banana bread and dried fruit aromas. A firm body, with a sweet malt and browned sugar flavors with a warm mouthfeel. Brewed with Gambrinus Pilsner and Munich malt, Imported Biscuit, Caramel and Black malt, Perle and UK Goldings, Styrian Goldings hops, and with our proprietary Belgian Ale yeast strain.

Complex, mysterious and deceivingly dangerous, our Belgian Dubbel is both easy-drinking and full of character. Inspired by one of our favorite recipes, this beer will keep you guessing with an interplay of flavors: plum, raisin, spice, banana, clove, chocolate, brown sugar, and cherry can all be found in a single tasting! A hint of earthy spiciness with a sweet lingering caramel tone precedes a pleasantly warm alcoholic finish. By far our most expensive beer to create, our Dubbel pushes the limits of our mash tun’s capabilities and delivers a beer worthy of the famed Trappist monastery’s that originated the style.

Traditional Belgian malts and yeast add to the malt forward flavor. Light chocolate with a hint of ripe mango lead to a smooth, lingering, malty finish. Sandi’s signature: Made with Belgian malts and yeasts.

A traditional example of the style, using Belgian aromatic malts and dark beet sugar syrup. The sweetness from the aromatic malts is balanced by a fairly light body and high carbonation level. As per style, the hop level is very light.

This Belgian beer is a dark amber ale. With a chocolate-roasted malt character, it has a fruity finish reminiscent of dates and raisins.

Inspired by the Trappist beers of Belgium, the Six Row Dubbel is a rich, malty interpretation of the style. Historically, the Dubbel is brewed to have a higher alcohol content (6-8%ABV) compared to other Belgian beers and can be compared to, but is still stronger, than a Brown Ale. Loads of dark fruit, caramel, and malt flavours dominate this early winter warmer. Just enough noble hop bitterness is added to balance out the sweetness and provide a bit of aroma. Serving the Dubbel in a snifter further enhances the aroma.

This early winter release will delight your senses and warm your belly. It's perfect for sipping by the fire or paired with holiday dinners. The yeast yields comes from a Trappist monastery in Belgium and compliments the many complex Belgian malts used to craft this beer. The resulting elixir has aromas of dark candied fruit and rich malt with balanced esters.You'll find just a bit of spice from the yeast as well as a depth of richness from dark Belgian candi sugar.

The second installment of the Big Storm “Hurricane Series,” the Dubbel features a deep reddish amber to copper in color with rich malty flavor. This best seller presents dark or dried fruit esters reminiscent of raisin, plum and dates. The dense creamy off-white head sits atop a clear and complex sweet malt flavor that generally finishes moderately dry.

A traditional Belgian farmhouse Saison brewed in celebration of long days and spring sunshine. Pilsner malt, curacao orange peel, Kent Golding Hops and special farmhouse yeast produce this straw colored hoppy beer.

Belgian Golden Strong This beer is very smooth and creamy. It has a light hop, sweet flavor at the beginning and finishes with a balanced alcohol bitterness to balance.

This Golden Strong Ale is a “Punch in the Face” due to its full gravity and ABV(Alcohol By Volume) of 9.5%. You have to be careful with this one as one might not be enough but two can be one too many. The “Upper Cut” is deceitfully smooth and easy to drink but can eventually get the better of you. This beer has rich golden brown color with a high malt profile. The Belgian yeast strain adds another dimension of flavor to make this classic true to its original design. This tasty ale is like a Boxer in the ring who can wear down his opponent with short jabs lulling them into complacency only to set them up with the finishing move in the end. BHB is Belgian style blonde ale brewed with local honey and Belgian Abbey Yeast for a slightly sweet flavor and honey aroma.
