This striking Belgian Style Amber ale gets its color and flavor from over six varieties of malted barley. Toasted malt dominates the flavor profile, but subtle sweetness lingers to provide a rich mouth feel that is extremely smooth and drinkable.

A sexy traditional Bock fermented with Belgian yeast and made in the way of a Berliner Weisse. Gooseberries, lychee, Mandarin orange, brambles, and musky, racy white grapes. Chewy malt, toasted bread crust and rich caramel. Crisp and tart with a long, utterly complex finish. Belgium and Germany, collaborating in your mouth. World Peace ensues.

Very sweet nose of plums and taste to compliment with plums, raisins, caramel with slight hints of toffee and vanilla on the back end resulting from the oak it was aged with. A little stronger than most dubbels but will be sure to keep you warm during a cold holiday season.

Complex, but easy drinking. This beer is about the clean pilsner malt character (grainy, slightly sweet) and fermentation flavors (lemon, pear, pepper).

Intensely flavored and a lovely body to boot, we present our interpretation of the renowned Belgian ale. A Brilliantly clear citrus yellow will glisten in your favorite goblet. Bouquets of banana and citrus introduce a flavor of subtle spiciness, reminiscent of freshly cracked black pepper. The distinguished Belgian lacing will linger long enough to order a second round. Imbibe with friends around a table of steamed mussels and frites.

A beer with very light color and body and a huge fruity/spicy aroma from the use of Belgian yeast. It has a mild bitterness and finishes sweet. This beer is smooth and easy to drink.

Our Belgian Blonde Ale has a deep gold color and a medium body balanced with a clean but firm hop bitterness.

Our Belgian Blonde Ale is pale in color with a high ester profile in the nose, light to medium body with a marked Belgian character and a clean finish. Belgian Blonde gets it's unique flavor from a strain of Belgian yeast which produces pepper, clove and banana notes and a slight earthy character.

This was a small batch experiment. and it had brett use in the fermentation. will be back soon

A Light bodied Belgian brown ale lightly hopped with East Kent Golding hops from the U.K. Low Belgian yeast flavor profile with a sweet malty note from low hopping. A dry and refreshing ale for when someone else is on the lawnmower!

Balanced Amber Belgian Pale Ale

Large notes of figs and stone fruits are present in the nose, with a hint of alcohol. The draw is smooth with spice at the end. Figs, plums, and rye are very prominent flavors that are followed by a slight heat from the alcohol content. The hop bitterness supports the large malt bill by clipping the maltiness of the beer and allowing for a cleaner draw.
