Belgian-inflected IPA is amber in color with a sweet hop aroma, and strong flavors of Belgian yeast and sweet, spicy hops.

The Belgian IPA is based on our regular IPA – pale, Munich, Carapils and caramel malts, hopped 4 times in the kettle and double dry hopped with a blend of Cascade, Citra, Chinook, and Columbus hops. The Belgian IPA features a larger portion of Citra hops and a higher degree of attenuation (7.7% abv compared to 6.8% for the regular IPA, same starting gravity) along with the added fruity/spicy character from the Belgian yeast results in an intense blast of hop aroma and flavor.

Our Citra and Cascade hopped mid-winter ale pours a hazy brown with red hues. Passion fruit hop aromas combine with cherry and a spice malt profile to create a complex nose. The beer starts sweet and fruity with a dry finish and enough body to tell a Midwest winter to F%@# OFF.

Everyone else has a pale ale, so why not the Belgians, too? This would be the most unique of the pales, however. The Belgian yeast adds clove and spice flavor and aroma along with a fruitiness. Hops are subdued and there is a light bitterness.

The distinctive, fruity and aromatic qualities of Belgian yeast resonate to bring perfect balance to the full-bodied maltiness of this classic ale. This beer is not too strong, but robust in the complexity of its flavors and aromas. Hints of floral hops and fruity aromas blend with a crisp, hoppy aftertaste to create a light, refreshing brew.

This lightly colored pale ale is brewed with a Belgian house strain. Fruity notes from the yeast accent the hoppiness of this pale ale.

Rich honey color with a medium malt body. Accessible palate, smooth with a light finish, soft spice with mild earth tones and subtle esters. Brewed with Gambrinus Pale malt, Imported Caramel malt, Perle & Styrian Goldings and with our proprietary Belgian Ale yeast strain.

This collaboration brew, with Perennial Artisan Ales, is medium-bodied with an orange hue. Brewed mostly with American malt and hops, this beer is complimented by a spicy, fruity Belgian Farmhouse yeast and dry hopped with floral West Coast hops to strike an interesting balance of flavors. Belgian Pale Ale is a Seasonal and contains 5.8% ABV.

Pale Moon is a drinkable pale ale that has a distinctive hop aroma without the lingering aftertaste. This Belgian-Style Pale Ale is brewed with European malts, Cascade hops, and a touch of hibiscus and orange peel. These ingredients create a rich copper colored ale with a flavor complexity that one would expect from the Blue Moon Brewing Company.

A lightly hopped, medium bodied pale ale brewed with Belgian yeast. This one is more lightly hopped than most commercial examples.

Zipline Brewing Co.’s early spring seasonal offering is Belgian Pale Ale. This BPA is not your traditional Belgian Pale, infusing the finest contributions from American and Belgian brewing culture. Our BPA combines a group of notoriously citrus-laden American hops (Chinook, Cascade, and Sterling) with a peppery and fruity farmhouse yeast strain. Fermented in the warmer range, this brew finishes tart and dry with an unbelievable smoothness.

Hallmarked by the generous use of the Noble Saaz hop, this Belgian interpretation of a Czech Pilsner is also noted for its rich gold color, fat maltiness and moderate body.

This is not for the faint of heart. A big and burly beer loaded with flavors of raisins, molasses and coffee. Very smooth and deceptively light for such high gravity. Excellent beer for campfires or big juicy steaks.
