An even stronger dark Belgian ale with less clove/banana and a hint of roasted malt.

Our mildest ale to date, light and refreshing. Orange with sienna undertones in color, fruity esters and light spice aromas with a silky smooth mouthfeel. A fine balance of mild malt and subtle hop flavors. Brewed with Gambrinus Pale, Caramel, Biscuit, a touch of Chocolate malt, Oats, Sterling Goldings and Spalt hops, with our proprietary Belgian yeast Strain.

Malted rye contributes a pleasant spicy flavor which is enhanced by Belgian yeast and a hint of ginger added to the boil. A combination of Abbey and special B malts contribute to a complex and rich malt character.

This is our summer time dark beer. A completely crazy off the wall idea that turned out to be what it is today. With additions of flaked rye, malted rye, crystal rye and chocolate rye this beer has that wonderful rye spice and dryness in it with notes of chocolate and coffee. The real fun with this beer is how the Belgian yeast acts with the rye malts making it spicy, crisp, dark and the perfect match for a summer day when you want the furthest thing from clear liquid filling your glass.

Brewed with a blend of yeasts, American Hops, and German malts this farmhouse ale finishes bone dry and spicy.

Base Camp’s Belgian Session Ale showcases a thick, white head atop a golden honey-colored beer. Aromas of spicy clove and a hint of camp fire smoke accompany its wheaty malt taste. The BSA’s medium-light body is well-balanced by this beer’s tartness. Low gravity and huge taste, making for a great sessionable beer.

Like a Belgian interpretation of a lager, or pilsner -crisp, light, drinkable and refreshing, but with a light fruity/spicy flavour that derives from the Belgian yeast. Similar to a Belgian-style triple, or a golden strong, just lower in alcohol.

Bout it-Bout it. We took two of your most favorite DC Brau DIPAs and BELGIANIZED them. Yes, Yes, Y'all, we took our Belgian yeast and added it to two delicious versions of our most popular DIPAs, Space Reaper and On The Wings of Armageddon.

Flemish Etiquette implores you to wait and see if your host offers a toast before sipping your drink. Where his Belgian Strong Blonde is concerned Pfriem sees things differently. Waiting to taste a perfect harmony of strength and elegance, while sniffing its pear and clove bouquet is like torture. Clean maltiness, invigorating effervescence and just enough bitterness wait for no one.

This strong golden ale is light in color, with moderate body and a crisp finish. Saaz and Styrian Golding hops offer a distinctive Nobel hop aroma. A Belgian yeast strain produces banana and clove notes for a remarkably crisp flavor profile. Belgian Blond is delightfully inviting and approachable with a decidedly adult 8.5% alcohol content.

Belgium is home to many unique beers that until recently didn’t really have style guidelines. Belgians brew beer to taste good, not fit into a category. Their brewing is a part of their culture and they take great pride in their creations. Our first Belgian style to be released falls somewhere between an Abbey style developed at Trappist monasteries and a Dark Strong. The use of relatively large portions of sugar in the brew give added alcohol while lightening the body of the beer. Belgian yeasts provide spicy and fruity aromas.
