Brewed with Gambrinus Pale malt, Imported Chocolate, Black and Biscuit malt, Perle and UK Goldings Hops, and our proprietary Belgian Ale yeast strain.

First brewed by monks in Belgium, this beer is fermented for a second time with a dose of candy sugar to give it a dense head and a high carbonation.

Sessionable Belgian-style Pilsner brewed with mandarin orange peel and two row Moravian barley for a balanced, refreshing summertime beer.

True to the Trappist style first mastered by Belgian monks, this beer is malty and rich. Belgian yeast creates a full bodied, full flavored beer. Aged to perfection for four months and highly carbonated with a slight warming sensation. A small bit of coriander adds a hint of pepper. An excellent way to enjoy a chilly fall evening.

A golden colored, yet strong & spicy flavored ale modeled after the Triple style beers brewed by the Trappist monks in Belgium. A strong hop flavor is also present in this beer. Much like our Belgian Abbey, the fruity esters and spicy flavors are derived from high temperature fermentation of the yeast. This subdued tripel blends all Belgian malt with 10 pounds of honey to give a smooth flavor and soft aroma. Subtle notes of honey, spice, and banana drift to your nose. Smooth spice and soft Belgian esters glide over your taste buds.

Our take on a traditional Belgian-style Tripel. A simple grain bill consisting of German pilsner and rye malts supplemented with Belgian candi sugar allows the Belgian Ardennes yeast to take center stage, resulting in a highly digestible and delicious drinking experience. Tasting notes - Deep golden color, papaya and light spice on the nose. Sweet fresh hay and fruity yeast on the palate, finishes dry.

If you like big complex beers, look no further. Our Tripel is brewed using a simple malt bill and only a few hop additions. While the malt and hops do contribute to the final product it's really the yeast that's on display here. We've had guests tell us they taste hints of raisins, plums, apricots, tangerines, and some spicy notes they can't quite explain. Neither can we, because we don't add anything other than the basic four ingredients (water, barley, hops and yeast). However, due to the strain of yeast and the fermentation process, it produces all these wonderful flavors. Be careful, many have been lured in by her delicate lacing, sweet aromas and intricate flavors only to realize she's a big 9% beer that will sneak up on you if you over indulge. Don't worry, that's what our lodging is for. Enjoy!

Dark golden in color. We add sour cherries to the fermentation on our tripel. Aromas of cherry and fruity esters from the yeast. Finishes with a hint of honey sweetness and lingering cherry.
