Belgian-style beers have become popular with craft beer drinkers because of their dynamic offbeat flavors. They can range from fruity to tangy tart in one sip. Our Belgian-style wit (white) has pilzen malt as well as malted and unmalted wheat to produce that classic hazzy canary colors and soft palate. Corriander (seed of cilantro) and orange peel are used in the brewing process to develop a delicious taste best described as citrus/celery like. This beer drinks easy and finishes with a refreshing tartness.

An amber of Medium color and strength, this beer is fermented with an authentic Belgian yeast strain to give it mild fruitiness and a complex, spicy aroma. The yeast character is balanced out with Imported Belgian aromatic malt and Cascade Hops.

Perfectly clear beer was a brewing marvel during the 1800s. It has become the norm among brews, leaving many to forget how great an unfiltered beer can look and taste. This Double is on the strong end at 6.9% ABV, but has a great amber color and goes down ever so smoothly.

Belgo-Sutra is a beer inspired by those brewed in the Abbey’s of Belgium.  With a nod to complex malt flavors and just the right balance of hops, we added 30 lbs of dried dates and 30 lbs of figs directly into the fermentation tank.  Pours a dark brown with hues of orange and red. Hints of molasses and brown sugar dominate the malty nose of this beer. A malty sweetness is accentuated by flavors of molasses and caramel with hints of figs and dates. A complex malt bill lends itself to interesting layers of sweetness balanced by a touch of hoppy bitterness. This beer is medium bodied with a smooth mouthfeel.

This golden ale combines the floral character of Columbus, Centennial and Cascade hops with sweet malt and is then fermented by a fruity Trappist ale yeast. The resulting flavor is amazing, and the clean finish will leave you wanting more. Careful though, this one weighs in at 7.2% ABV.

Traditional Belgian pale ale – copper colored and not too hoppy. A balanced ale with a Belgian flavor and aroma to complement the hops.

Overshores Belgique du Noire is a black roasted Belgian. What stands out though is the Noire’s smoothness. Unlike many black beers, the Noire exhibits no smokey bitterness whatsoever. The Belgique du Noire is rich and smooth. Perfect for pairing with a chocolate dessert.

A Milk Chocolate Porter featuring rich notes of Chocolate and a medium-bodied mouth feel. The sweetness from the lactose blends well with the dark malts. The combination of flaked oats and the dark malts results in a tan-colored head. Enjoy our Bell Cow. Moo.

A classic English-style best bitter. A light to medium bodied, mildly hopped (don't let the "bitter" fool ya"), incredibly drinkable beer. A session ale in the truest sense of the word. Brewed to have more than one.

White Oatmeal New Zealand hops This hymn to resistance sings the virtues of co-fermentation of white and seasonal yeasts. His nose has clear aromas of lemon zest and spice dominated by cracked black pepper. His mouth, ultra-dry, is rounded in the final by a gentle oat and New Zealand hops which confirm its strong citrus accents. Blanche à l’avoine aux houblons néo-zélandais Cet hymne à la résistance chante les vertus d’une co-fermentation de levures de blanche et de saison. Son nez présente des arômes évidents de zeste de citron et d’épices dominées par le poivre noir concassé. Sa bouche, ultra-sèche, est arrondie en finale par une douceur d’avoine et les houblons néo-zélandais qui confirment ses forts accents d’agrumes.
