Our Big Chocolate offers an innovative twist to the traditional porter. Chocolate and roasted Carafa malts provide a base of bittersweet chocolate and mocha. It is then dry nibbed with raw cocoa in the fermenter and finished with a touch of vanilla bean to create the perfect balance between bitter and sweet. This beer offers the taste of roasted coffee and cocoa with dry, smoky undertones.

Brewed in loving memory of Mike "Big Cis" Cisneros in collaboration with Rivertown, Fibonacci, MadTree, Bad Tom Smith and Alexandria brewing. Mike's favorite style, this beer is clean and crisp. $1 of every pint served at Braxton Brewing Company is donated to charity.

Big Cone Douglas-firs are aromatic, resinous natives of the San Rafael mountain range. For their namesake, we brewed this American-style black ale chock-full of piney, earthy kettle hops and then dryhopped it with floral, tropical varieties.

This easy drinking, low alcohol English style Stout has a noticeable dark chocolate and subtle roastiness. Nitrogen gives this classic a thick and creamy head.

This is our version of the classic American Double IPA. It is big and bold with a huge double dry hop. It has a nice resinous, hoppy burst of American, Simcoe, Centennial, and Columbus hops.

This unique beer features a massive wall of flavor and is so dark it actually absorbs light – at least we think it does! This deeply rich and complex Russian Style Imperial Stout is brewed with no less than 10 different malts, resulting in the formation of a mammoth, T-Rex sized backbone.   We brewed this one with oats to add an additional layer of silkiness along with a healthy dose of rich specialty malts to make this a truly amazing beer. Sip slowly with a friend and enjoy the rich flavors. While the ABV clocks in at 12.2%, the finish is roasty and rich with no heat.

Somewhat of a cousin to Barleywine, Big Dick's is a classic English-style Olde Ale. Sweet and full-bodied malt flavors are complemented by a fragrant but mild hop bitterness. Sweet, bready malt aromas combine with rich flavors of dark fruit, brown sugar, caramel, and sweet nuts. A beer for keeping, Big Dick's Olde Ale will age gracefully, while fruity flavors continue to develop and bitterness will subside. This is not only a BIG beer, it is a Well-Endowed Ale! We took a traditional English-style Ale and made it our own. Delightful on its own or as a digestif with a full-bodied cigar, Big Dick's is also big enough to stand up to many boldly-flavored foods. An American-style IPA with Cascade, Citra and Horizon hops, finished with a heavy dose of dry-hopped Simcoe. It’s dry, hoppy and will have you seeing stars. Brewed by Sixpoint brewer Sam Carroll.

Big DIPA - Double IPA, is the first in the Heavy Seas Special Edition Series due to be released in mid June. Hopped 3 times in the brewing process, Big DIPA has an earthy hop aroma. In keeping with the Heavy Seas philosophy we've made a big beer with a surprising balance. The best part is that you'll hardly notice it's 10.6% ABV (est). The label artwork was created by Kurt Krol, one of our brewers who also helped to develop the recipe.

Our driest cider will attract those looking for a more traditional style cider. The blend is dominated by bittersweet cider apples whose rich tannins are balanced by the fruity aromatics of Okanagan dessert apples.

Big Eddy Baltic Porter is a blanket of malt flavor. Notes of toffee, cocoa, caramel, toasted bread and sherry fruit flavors are interwoven to produce a symphony of splendor. Our Baltic Porter is an homage to the brewers of the Baltics and a tribute to our own historic brewing waters, the Big Eddy Spring.

The 100% malt base makes for a bold foundation, while the perfect balance Big Eddy Imperial IPA delivers is derived from the five distinct hops that are hand-selected and added at each stage of the brewing process.

Once dubbed "the purest water in the world" the Big Eddy Spring runs right through our brewery in the heart of Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, and is where our Big Eddy Russian Imperial Stout gets its name. Brewed with a blend of robust malts, distinctive hops and notes of chocolate and toffee our stout is bold in character yet remarkably balanced.

With eleven dark-roasted malts and flavors of toffee and chocolate our Russian Imperial Stout complements the rich, decadent flavor of chocolate desserts with dried cranberries and the big, bold taste of beef dishes like a coffee rubbed ribeye.

For the first release to celebrate our first decade brewing, Flying Fish is releasing one of its rarest creations - BigFish Barleywine in 750ml cork-finished bottles. Head brewer Casey Hughes and his crew stuffed as much malt as humanly possible into the mash tun to brew this amazing Barleywine. With an o.g. of 21.5, there is a strong malt presence that holds this brew together. IBUs of around 80 balance the brew with an aromatic nose and delicious hop flavor that lingers to the end due to a heaping serving of dry hops. Big Fish clocks in at 10.5% abv.
