A dark brown lager based out of Bavaria Germany. High in malt flavor, low in hop profile with subtle hints of toffee, caramel and a dark ruby hue when brought up to the light.

Hoppy amber pale ale, one sip and you're in biervana!

An easy drinking fruit forward Double IPA. That is balanced nicely with El Dorado and Mosaic Hops.

Pours golden with orange highlights. Smells alluringly sweet like caramel apples with a little spice and orange zest. Taste is bold and balanced with a good amount of citrus and earthy hop bitters to offset the malt character. Finishes dry with a bit of fruit. Malts: Pale with small amounts of Munich and Crystal Hops: Bittered with Centennial, finished with Amarillo and Styrian Golding

Ever since Stash Wojciechowski, the “Killer Kielbasa,” created this Imperial IPA for our Big Beer Series, Big A IPA has gotten a lot of attention. Lauded by the New York Times and Men's Journal Magazine, it’s been one of the most talked-about beers around. Brewed in very small quantities, it has also been one of the hardest-to-find. Until now. Big A IPA has everything you’d want in an India Pale Ale, only more: more hops, more malt & more flavor. Now it’s available year-round, so you can enjoy this big, flavorful beer any time you want. This beer is gold in color, very malty, full-bodied and has an increased hopping rate over the rest of our brews. Traditionally brewed for a May release date.

Our version of a strong amber ale, rich in layers of malt flavors and complexity, gives way to an assorted mix of hop notes, just enough to balance the malt. It's truly enjoyable just sipping the velvety smoothness out of a goblet next to a fireplace.

Prompted by the thirsty pallet of our loyal IPA drinkers we bring you our own Big Attitude Double IPA. Silky smooth, rich and full-bodied with orange citrus and herbal resin in the nose and on the tongue, and a hop bite to finish. Prodigious use of Oregon grown Galena, Magnum, Centennial, Liberty, Cascade and Palisade (Yakima) hops with a large grain bill create an incredibly balanced big beer.

This luxuriously rich imperial stout is aged in used whiskey/bourbon barrels and then infused with real coffee and coca nibs. A coffee-lover's dream! Keep an eye on the release number as every batch gets a different dose of coffee.

This release was aged in both whiskey and bourbon barrels, primarily first-use whiskey casks, and second-use bourbon casks. Additional dark chocolate and fruit flavors mingle with the whiskey and bourbon notes. Brewed with Ibis Coffee (Gayo Mountain Sumatra Dark).

The first release of 2012 boasts a new coffee flavor, Caffé Ibis Sumatra Dark, and was aged primarily in whiskey barrels, rather than bourbon. The coffee offers floral aromas with notes of plum and sweet caramel. Additional hints of dark chocolate, whiskey, and fruit will definitely keep you warm. Brewed with Ibis Coffee (Gayo Mountain Sumatra Dark).

Nothing was changed for release #7. It was also aged primarily in whiskey barrels and uses Caffé Ibis Sumatra Dark coffee with hints of dark chocolate and fruit. Brewed with Ibis Coffee (Gayo Mountain Sumatra Dark).
