Black Hill Stout

Produced with a blend of six malts and roasted barley this drink has a complex flavour. The hint of fruitiness comes from adding the hops late in the brewing process and is balanced by the malty chocolate and toffee flavors. This is a smooth, sweet version of an old classic.

Black Hog Down Black IPA

This stealth-fully hoppy Black IPA was created by our assistant brewer Justin who served in the 3rd Ranger Battalion. Black Hog Down Black IPA packs an arsenal of six different big hops including Ella and Citra for a demolition evoking 63 IBUs and a homage to the Sikorsky BlackHawk UH63…. coincidence… NO SIR! Big spicy black tea and citrus on the tongue tactically attack your taste buds alongside a dark smooth malty back bone. Dry hopped with a blend of Citra, Cascade and Super Galena for a blast of clean citrus aromatic that disorients your perceptions of what a palette assault from a monster jet black bad ass brew should be. Go Drink one, that’s an order!

Black Hole

A smooth, light-to-medium bodied beer brewed with pale, caramel & chocolate malts from England and roasted malt from Germany. We selected the roasted German malt because the barleycorns are de-husked, thereby reducing astringent flavor notes commonly found in black beers. Aided by low carbonation, this surprisingly quaffable beer is also brewed with oatmeal and flaked barley which lends to it's smooth and silky mouthfeel. The roasted, chocolate and caramel blend of flavors is subtle, not assertive with just enough hops to balance yet allow the malt sweetness to shine. Even for that "first beer of the day." Black Hole is surprisingly thirst-quenching. If you otherwise balk at choosing a dark beer at all, this one will open your eyes to what you could be missing!

Black Hole American Stout

American Stouts are somewhat bigger, bolder versions of dry Irish stouts. Ours is filled with rich flavors of espresso and roasted coffee beans soon followed by dark, bittersweet chocolate. A firm bitterness cuts through the caramel sweetness of the malt. Black Hole American Stout is not just dark and opaque, it actually seems to absorb all light and matter that approaches it! So suck down a pint of the Black Hole before it sucks you in!

Black Hops Cascadian Dark Ale

“BLACK HOPS” is our interpretation of a new beer style called Cascadian Dark Ale that originated in the Northwest United States. It is an American IPA loaded with hop varieties from that region of the country. However, this is not your ordinary AIPA. The grain bill resembles that of a British Porter. The flavor is balanced citrus like hop bitterness with noticeable roasted malt and chocolate notes. A nice dry finish with the aroma of the Northwest dry hopping very present.

Black IPA

Our signature Black IPA transforms the traditional. The Black Patent and the roasted barley malts used in stouts and porters create a deeply opaque and robust foundation. Magnum, Galena and Cascade hops are added to provide familiar citrus bitterness that compliments the deeply roasted grain bill. The dark malts and non- traditional hop profile blend together to create an elegantly balanced brew with a toasted nut and hop-centric flavor.
