bOOb Check

Premium malted barley, Galaxy hops, and British Ale yeast are the base of this hibiscus, cherry, honey, and lime beer. A crystal-clear deep pink hue invites you in while the complex fruity aroma comes from all of the ingredients combined, not just the cherries. Hibiscus adds some bitterness and color, while the lime adds some acidity.

Boogie Monster

Double/Imperial IPA The Witchshark made an impressive run as our only double IPA, but his monopoly had to come to an end sooner or later. Enter the Boogie Monster, our newest, hoppiest, high gravity brew to come out of Bellwoods Brewery. The recipe was tweaked throughout 2014, and in December we finally agreed upon and finalized the current delicious version.

Boogie Water Brown

Park City Brewery’s Boogie Water Brown utilizes a complex grain bill and carefully timed hop additions. It is dark caramel, brown in color with a creamy, manila head and a nutty, roasted malt flavor with a slight chocolaty afterthought. Hop additions provide moderate bitterness, herbal flavor, and delicate spicy aroma. This makes for a complex and balanced beer. Crack open a Boogie Water Brown at camp following an exciting day on the river, getting worked by those continuous stretches of Boogie Water. Just remember, pack out what you pack in, and enjoy!

Booming Rollers

Booming Rollers is a showcase for the juicy awesomeness of Citra hops. These new wave American hops impart a remarkable aroma and flavor, which we've amplified with the dark stone fruit character of New Zealand-grown Motueka hops. Some Centennial is thrown in to balance the tropical fruit party, and the malt body is just assertive enough to support Booming Rollers' snappy bitterness. It's a party in your mouth and all the beautiful people are invited.

Boone's Maple Cream Porter

Our Porter is named after the Gentleman who taught us how to brew beer. Having ample experience with the process of making beer, he created this flavor explosion to demonstrate the adverse ingredients that can be added to beer. Adding lactose and maple syrup in the fermentation process gives this beer a creamy maple flavor that adds to the porter base.
