Boxcarr Pumpkin Porter is a traditional English-style Brown Porter with pumpkin added to the mash. Light spicing allows the subtle flavors of pumpkin and roasty porter to shine through. Boxcarr is a session beer at 4.7% and very drinkable.

The second in our New Orthodox IPA series. This NE style IPA has a bigger malt bill than the M43. We use Equinox and Mosaic hops in the boil. Then we dry hop with Mosaic, Citra, and Amarillo. The haze comes from the interplay of lipids from the malted oats, oils, and acids that occur in the hops. We don't use any adjuncts or flour to create the haze, and we never will.

Native yeast and souring bacteria captured from the land and air at our brewery in the Texas Hill Country slowly imparted a sense of place in this dry, tart, highly attenuated ale during months of fermentation in oak barrels. Unfiltered, unpasteurized, and 100% naturally conditioned.

A highly hopped, yet still balanced, double IPA. Multiple hop varieties, emphasizing Citra Hops, were used. We're lovin' the tropical goodness of this hop variety!

A bright lactic sourness melds with the delicate character of 140 lbs of real boysenberries, a deep and richly sweet berry with its own hint of tartness. The dark purple of the berries lends a deep rose hue to the liquid, accentuating the characteristic sweetness and creating a drinking experience all its own. We brew this beer for the changing of the seasons, as summer gives way to the rich hues and festivals of harvest and Autumn. Come to the Boysenberry Falls! Your ecstasy awaits.

The BQE is our Brooklyn Queens Espresso imperial stout. Cocoa nibs from the Brooklyn based Mast Brothers and Coffee from Queens based Native Coffee Roasters were added to the boil making for a super complex tasty brew.

Our pumpkin ale is brewed with generous amounts of real pumpkin blended into the mash. The subtle fresh pumpkin flavor is enhanced by the addition of a touch of traditional autumn spices and sweet dough, thus creating a beer with an orange amber color, warm pumpkin aroma, a bold malt center and a crisp finish. We are proud to offer you a balanced and delectable fall treat.

Strong Pale Ale - Dry and drinkable yet sneaky strong at 9.2%, this golden ale has a touch of sweetness in the background.

Our first Legendary Series release, Brabo's Cut, was a big, Belgian Dark Ale brewed with local wildflower honey. It was released in the spring of 2013. One lucky barrel ended up in a Lost Oak Winery Petit Verdot barrel and aged for a year. Brabo's Reserve is the fruits of that labor. Brabo collected a mighty reward for defeating the giant Antigoon. This is the little bit he reserved for special occasions such as this. To the victor go the spoils.

From the Thornbridge Hall range, this beer will be brewed only four times a year in limited quantities. Bracia uses chestnut honey to produce a rich, dark, unique beer.

William Bradford was not only the leader of the Pilgrims and the father of Thanksgiving; he was also a beer lover. So much so that it was all he and the Pilgrims drank. It is with him in mind that we crafted the Bradford Ale. Bradford Ale is not your typical autumn brew. Fermented with organic pumpkin, assorted spices and bourbon infused cinnamon sticks it is a full bodied amber-brown ale that will make you want to take a hayride and roll in the fall leaves while being engulfed in the smell of burning oak in distant fireplaces. From the first smell to the last sip, this ale should be included in you fall survival plans.

Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Bluejacket in DC and Starpoint in Carborro to celebrate Beer Study’s third birthday, this baklava-inspired Belgian Golden Strong was brewed with a sizable portion of honey malt, 300 pounds of roasted pistachios, green cardamom, ceylon cinnamon and a touch of rose water, then aged in bourbon barrels for over six months.
