This classic American style delicately weaves sweet Oregon cherries with a soft wheat base. This rose colored beer is refreshing with a sparkling mouth feel.

The addition of peach and cherry in secondary fermentation complements the beer with subtle layers of fruit aroma and a slightly tart flavor.

Dark and full bodied, but not burnt or bitter. This brew has a nice chocolate flavor and a subtle smokey flavor. The Cherrywood is milder and sweeter than the Alder I used to use. Definitely a meal in a glass!

Oak Fermented Witbier. Brewed with malted oats and raw wheat. Lightly hopped with Cascade, spiced with coriander & orange peel, and fermented in one of our large oak foudres. -Notes of preserved lemon, floral coriander, barnyard and wholesome wheat.

Our take on the great California steam beers where a lager is fermented at ale fermentation temperatures which lead to a pleasant fruity pale ale-like flavor and aroma profiles. The Northern Brewer hops adds a unique and pleasing mint and woody flavor.

Semi-dark beer type with clear, amber color and slightly brownish foam. Special bittersweet taste are achieved by combinations of various kinds of malt, caramel malt where particularly unmistakeable determines final taste of the product. Lower fermentation beer gets proper fullness. Beer is dominated by caramel aroma, pleasantly hoppy aroma with debugging. Our shadowy chestnut follows the traditional production of dark 12st. Rychnov Garnet of 30 and 40 years of the last century.

A wonderfully big nut brown ale crafted with roasty toasty malts balanced with Yakima hops and just enough alcohol to keep you warm on a fall afternoon. Formerly released in draught only, is is available in draught and 6-pack beginning the week of October 4th, 2010.

In tribute to Chief Chetzemoka we named our Golden Ale. This easy drinking light ale is comprised mostly of NW Pilsner malt with a little wheat and Vienna malt to go along with the Hallertau variety hops. Ale to the Chief!

New England IPA brewed with flaked oats and wheat. Intense flavors and aromas of tropical fruit and resinous pine dominate. Remember, it's not wise to upset a Wookie.

A collaboration with Chez Panisse Café for its 33rd anniversary, Farmhouse Ale celebrates the sustainable farm. Infused with organic anise hyssop, lemon verbena blossom, and Meyer lemon leaf from Cannard Farm, this delicate, saison ale explodes with spring flavors. A peppery, citrus finish lingers in invitation to slow down.

Belgian-Style Pale Wheat Ale w/ Smoked Pineapple

From “pilsen” barley, this unpasteurized ale beer, naturally refermented in the bottle, shows a very fine grain, rich and creamy foam and good perlage. Bionda has an elegant and fruity flavor, given by the combination of intense aromas of malt and citrus fruits and the freshness of tropical fruits at the end.
