Certainly at the dark end of the spectrum as far as color, but don't let that fool you! The most common mistake made with Porter is that it is a Stout - they are both English Styles but our simple way of telling the difference is that our Porter is sweeter/less dry than a Stout. Chat Pile Porter certainly delivers a toasty, coffee/toffee flavor with barely a hint of traditional English hops. Chatterbox is an American Pale Ale that has inviting hop aromas of sweet orange and tangerine. A balanced presentation of light toasted malt and fruity hop flavors lead into a bold bitterness. Chatterbox’s hoppy characteristics resonate in the finish, creating a very subtle dryness

This ale is a tribute to the great brewing heritage of the Chautauqua (sha-taw-kwah) Lake Region of western New York. There was a time when breweries dotted the landscape over which eagles soared. Inspired by the former Jamestown Brewing Company, defunct for more than 75 years, this ale is brewed with only the finest ingredients and is warranted strictly pure.

This tart Berlin-Style wheat beer was once dubbed "The Champagne of the North" by Napoleon. "Sour Malt" combined with wheat yields a soft, yet distinctive version of this refreshing German classic. Known as a "Berliner Weisse", these mild, unfiltered beers were once the most popular beers in the North of Germany. Garnished with a orange or lemon.

The Irish brewers of Dublin brewed the "Porter Style" until the mid 1970's and we here at Moylan's have decided to revive this classic brew. Chelsea Moylan's Porter is a rich, robust porter cleverly crafted to integrate the aromas and flavors of espresso coffee malt and bitter-sweet chocolate malt. Inspired by our founder's daughter, Chelsea, we hope to begin a new tradition of brewing an American-Irish Style Porter that any black beer lover will enjoy.

Similar in fashion to a barley wine, Chelsea Wheat Wine is a 50% wheat beer with a high malt content giving a sweet and dry finish.

The Hemp Field is brewed with malted barley and wheat (which resembles a white beer). Little hoppy, fruity taste comes from hemp (organic local culture North Isère). Hemp Field is the place where they grow hemp. A taste for any occasion!
