A beautifully dry finish cuts through and leaves you wondering how we got the drop on you. This is the true power of the Cloaking Device: the element of surprise. Cloaking Device stands as a tribute to these porters past. We brewed a strong Brett-fermented porter and aged it for nine months in French oak red wine barrels from our pals at the Larkmead Winery in California. It was then hand-bottled and re-fermented in the bottle with Champagne yeast. It is delicious, a versatile companion for food, and conducive to dreams of adventure.

Close Encounter is a bold venture into depths unknown. The best of both worlds co-exist between a rich roasted malt er’n character and an aggressive hop presence that will probe your taste buds like +thing you have experienced before. Don’t fear the unknown, embrace it! You never know who or what you may encounter…

This has a really nice coffee flavor to it, rich and pretty roasty and bitter, with some toffee and peanut brittle flavors as well, that may be the almonds. Stout brewed with specially roasted coffee from our friends over at Glen Edith Coffee Parlor and oatmeal.

Coconut & Black Pepper Saison Inspired by the famed Filipino surf break, "Cloud 9,” we chose coconut as the star ingredient of this saison because it will will glide across your palate like a fresh ocean breeze. As a reminder to the fact that the ocean is not without its dangers, we’ve added black peppercorns from nearby southern India that will lend a slight bite to the finish of this sultry brew.

Brewed to celebrate the opening of the M'Bah brewery, Cloud Catcher is hopped with all Australian flavour hops, Galaxy and Ella.

A German style wheat beer with a focus on the balance between banana/clove yeast esters and a soft doughy wheat character. High fermentation temps add a zesty lemon note that means this beer requires no orange slice.

Rustic farmhouse style beer with a complex aroma from the traditional hops and malts used. Belgian yeast provides spicy, earthy, fruity notes and a dry, satisfying finish.
