Full of rich coffee aroma and flavor and a hint of chocolate, our Coffee Porter is smooth, dark, drinkable and most satisfying. This signature brew is distinctively delicious.

This beautifully crafted coffee porter was a brewery favorite before it even made it out of the tanks. A deep, dark brown body with ruby highlights off-set the tan colored head. Hiding through the dark body is a big, fresh, dark-roasted coffee aroma with subtle caramel & toffee notes, and a light fruitiness. The medium-bodied mouth feel finishes slightly creamy, leading the way to a flavor combination of coffee and the classic roasty dark chocolate and caramel-like sweetness of a porter. Another malt-focused style beer with little hop character and just enough bitterness to balance the sweetness. Finishes with a nice, mellow coffee and bittersweet chocolate aftertaste. .

This is a balanced, roasty, toasty porter brewed with British specialty malts, hops and a special blend of Costa Rican and Guatemalan coffee hand roasted in small batches by Turlock Coffee. It has layers of cocoa and coffee throughout with a balanced bitterness.

A robust coffee porter infused with the finest mocha beans. Subtle tones of roasted barley work their way into this smooth finish porter. A certain someone endorsed the brew with joyous song and dance.

Located just north of downtown St. Petersburg, Coffee Pot Bayou is an inlet bay along the eastern shore of the city that empties into the greater Tampa Bay. The bayou is a common place to find manatees, shorebirds, and a wide variety of fish. Coffee Pot Bayou is our Stay Dry Stout aged on locally roasted and blended coffee and espresso beans.

As it turns out, we love coffee nearly as much as we love beer. We partnered with local roaster Six Shooter Coffee to make a Coffee Stout.

Traditional Stout with Coffee Beans

Roasted barley and coffee dominate the aroma, with the sweetness from the stout balancing the bitterness of the coffee. We use a unique cold toddy extraction process to brew a less acidic coffee for the beer.

Hearty and satisfying, our Coffee Stout is the ultimate full-bodied brew. Wisconsin water, roasted malts, and imported hops are the natural ingredients we use to brew this bier. Then cold pressed organic coffee from Just Coffee Co-op is infused into the brew. Expect this bier to pour a deep creamy head over an ebony rich body. Notice the powerful malt bouquet balanced by a spectrum of extravagant flavor. Served at room temperature this Wisconsin Coffee Stout is guaranteed to warm even the coldest heart.

This variation of our Courage Stout uses cold-steeped freshly-roasted coffee infused with the beer during conditioning. Only half the amount of hops from the normal Courage recipe is used, with the balance of bitterness coming from the coffee. This stout starts with a strong, freshly-brewed dark coffee aroma, with hints of cocoa and roast in the middle, with an increasing coffee flavor in the finish. Makes a great midnight snack, or a pick me up mid way through the afternoon! Cheers to beer and coffee, two of the world’s finest beverages!
