Plump and malty, this big ol’ German lager was brewed with 100% German malts, hops, and yeast before sitting at 0C for what felt like eternity.

Kentucky-Style Common

A silky smooth stout brewed with hazelnut and coffee.

We brewed Commonwealth Ale in honor of the historic advance toward beer as food. To achieve this flavorful session we added amaranth, millet and teff - grains that nourished the earliest civilizations - along with Tamalpais Barley grown and malted in Oregon’s Willamette Valley. A medium, light bodied ale with mild nutty character, Commonwealth is balanced by earthy and grassy hop aromas and flavors. Enjoy this easy-to-drink, malty delight while supporting the arts and helping feed those less fortunate. Malty notes up front. Bready, toasted, slightly nutty malt flavor from the Tamalpais and other specialty malts. Very mild hop balance that is a bit earthy and grassy. Pleasant medium-light body that finishes crisp and easy. Commonwealth satisfies the body and soul! Enjoy!

Low on ABV, big on flavor. Malty and bready but still light and crisp for easy drinking, any season. Traditionally a classic German style, we’ve added a touch more hops than usual to give it a little extra punch. Great to share with friends. Also great to not share with friends.

A classic American style that is well balanced and designed to incorporate numerous layers of malty flavor. Balanced with a touch of American Cascade and Amarillo hops this dark amber ale drinks with a slight sweetness that is perfectly balanced. Highlighting the malt backbone are flavors of bread and biscuit complemented by the perfect touch of classic American hops.

Our imperial chocolate stout has a mild, grassy hop aroma, with evident coffee and chocolate overtones. There is a smooth, slightly bitter, dark chocolate finish.

At first sip you’ll find this brew very similar to a typical West Coast IPA, but that quickly changes with giant notes of Rye and Chocolate accented by subtle citrus undertones. The final flavor experience is very similar to a strongly spiced Pumpernickel bread
