Brewed in the hot summer months, Daydream is a light, golden wheat beer with subtle banana clove aroma.

riginating from Cologne (Köln), Germany, the Kölsch style is historically only brewed along the Rhine (Rhein) River. The style is so regional that Germans in other parts of the country may not even be able to get it. We brought the style here and added our own little bit of personality by making the traditionally 4.5% alcohol beer closer to 7%. This full flavored dreamy Kölsch will stand out from the rest with its strong pineapple-like aroma and complex fruity flavor.

Dayglow IPA :: Another Manic Lupululu! This is a beer with the insistent beat of hops, as driving and inevitable as a Full Moon party in Haad Rin. It drips with tropical, sunshiny Mosaic, and twinkles with touches of Eldorado and Centennial. A touch of wheat hazes the malt bill a bit around the edges, and the IBUs are stuck in the mid-sixties.

Made with pilsner and red wheat malts. Hopped and dry hopped with German Tettnange for a total of 1 lb per barrel. Herbal and floral aromas with a clean, crisp mouth feel and slightly sweet finish.

Jim Moorehouse, Nate Albrecht and Brad Zeller, three pals planning to open a Chicago brewpub under the moniker of Aleman, won first place at last year's Iron Brew homebrewing competition in the Windy City (judged by none other than Greg Koch, Jason Ebel of Two Brothers Brewing, and celebrated Chicago brewer, designer and author Randy Mosher). Their style-bending IPA artfully married the assertive tropical bite of Citra hops with amazing coffee flavor and aromatics to create something truly unique and exceptional. Serendipitously, Two Brothers recently kicked off a new adventure roasting their own coffee beans, and provided just-in-time freshly roasted java for the brew. The result is an innovative IPA that's well balanced and intensely flavored thanks to the felicitous blend of hops and fresh roasted coffee.

Daypack is a hoppy pale ale inspired by the beers we love to take with us on long hikes and treks with one end goal, hoppy refreshment. With a malt bill consisting solely of our base two-row malt, and Marris Otter pale ale malt from England, Daypack remains bone dry with a background of simple bready notes. Its Citra heavy dry hop creates a medley of tropical and dank flavors that jump right out of the beer, only to be followed up with hoppy notes of Asian pear and orange zest. Truly a pale ale best paired with a sunny day.

Headbanging is to dance what metal is to music. Which is to say, the elbow-flinging, tattooed, wild-eyed problem child to the stuff your grandparents listened to. Most likely, your grandparents also drank some form of neutered light corn/rice-infused facsimile of a lager (aka AAL) that was the liquid equivalent of elevator music (not exactly their fault, as they didn’t have the choices that you do). And since you’ve chosen not to listen to their music, then you deserve a Lager fit for the lords of metal, not some bubble gum pop-inspired, watered-down, mass-produced version. We’ve taken the classic lager recipe and asked Maine and our own Stone brewers to wail, riff, rage, create and destroy until this rock-worthy India Pale Style Lager resulted. Heavily hopped and boldly malted, the encore flavor for DaySlayer is a crisp finish that is deceptively easy to put away and decidedly hard to put down. It’s “just noise and yelling” to some, but poetry to us. Enjoy fresh. Rock hard. Slay your day.

A collaboration between Salish Sea Brewing Co. and American Brewing Co., both located on Dayton Street in Edmonds. A smooth, light, and refreshing ale - Citra hops provide a fresh citrus aroma reminiscent of grapefruit. A bit cloudy in appearance from the Kolsch yeast that stays in suspension in this unfiltered ale. Originally brewed for Hale's Bluegrass and Beer Festival in May 2014.

Made with authentic Bohemian Pilsner malt and Czech Saaz hops, Daytonian Rhapsody is not only a tribute to a great Queen song but also to Gershwin's "Rhapsody in Blue " and of course the great city of Dayton, Ohio.

A refreshing blinde ale made for extended periods of drinking during summer days well into the evening. With copious amounts of New Zealand Motueka hops lending lemon and lime notes, Daywalker ends with a crisp and tart strawberry finish. From the Branch Out series.

A beer was added to the range to have a beer to quench your thirst in the program. Export is our tribute to Dortmund, the specialty beer are not much, but little because you enjoy it. We were all agreed on when you're thirsty, you drink beer and sometimes one more. Original gravity: 12.2%.

With a classic export beer, we want to offer a taste excellent, something different, modern beer: Special II called because it is the second version of this beer. It is prepared by a special process in which is particularly much malt used. It has a mild, malty, smooth taste and is much less than a hopped beer. How to malzbetonten beers so it appeals to both the enjoyment of drinkers and the non beer drinkers. Otherwise it does not really fit into any category, so try a try! Original gravity: 12.2%.

A double dry-hopped version of our Jawaw hoppy wheat ale. Fantastically hoppy with a wheat backbone that will make the glass disappear.
