A boldly secretive ale bursting with honey bush flavours. Top fermented with Weizen yeast to produce a vivacious, full body impression with the guarantee of a smoother experience. 4% alc. Inspired by the Pangolin. A creature equipped with an armour of imbricating scales, used to not only disguise and defend but also to lash out with razor sharp edges. When threatened, the Pangolin is known to roll up into a tight impenetrable ball making it a rarely seen animal, and a good omen if spotted. The Pangolin population is largely declining due to the belief that they are purveyors of magic and charms, often being consumed in ‘muti’ or other folk medicines as all of their body parts are thought to carry healing properties.

Desert Snow White IPA is built to battle the intense summer heat. By adding an obscene amount of Calypso, Mosaic and Simcoe hops. We bring an American twist to this otherwise traditional Belgian ale. The fruity characteristics of the Belgian yeast are highlighted by the addition of coriander and orange peel to the brew. At 4.7% ABV Desert Snow takes sessionable to a whole new level of chill.

Floral hop and orange zest aroma, with an abundance of citrusy hop goodness and coriander bitterness lingering throughout.

Our West Coast IPA brewed with a touch of light caramel malt. Lots of big citrus flavor balanced by just enough malt sweetness!

At only 3% alcohol Lime is perfect for a mini mid-week party, a tangy beer mixed with the fresh flavours of tequila and lime.

Dessert in a glass. Coconut, almond and dark chocolate, sound familiar? This beer is a joy, for sure. Dark and sweet, this stout shines with notes of roasted malt and bitter Peruvian cocoa. Toasted coconut in the mash smoothes things out and adds a bit of elegance to the party. Pair with sweet desserts, soft cheeses, or maybe a candy bar.

An imperial stout aged in bourbon barrels, and named after our exalted leader, Emperor Deth. This one is definitely on the dark side. A play on Josh's name, this Russian imperial stout is aged in two different types of bourbon barrels (Heaven Hill & Old Forester) then blended for the resulting thick and dark brew. Deth's Tar is a barrel-aged Russian Imperial Oatmeal Stout. It is brewed with a host of wonderful specialty malts, flaked oats and oat malt to impart a rich, silky mouthfeel and deep, complex malt flavors and aromas reminiscent of dark baker’s chocolate, fresh brewed coffee and caramel candy. We also utilized Warrior as the main bittering hop and English Fuggle in the whirlpool to impart a clean balanced bitterness and hints earthiness and spiciness dancing around the intense malt backbone. The brew then spent seven months resting between Heaven Hill and Old Forester bourbon barrels. The resulting blend is Deth's Tar, that we bring to you once again on draft and in 22-ounce bombers in commemorative packaging.
