Depth Finder IRA represents a newly inspired NW style ale that combines the hop profile of an IPA, with the malt character of a lusciously, smooth Amber ale. Deep russet in color and brewed with a cacophony of specialty malts, including a pinch of chocolate malt, the Depth Finder is belligerently hopped with Columbus, Palisade and Simcoe varieties achieving a superb floral, piney nose with a resinous, bitter finish.

Barrel-Aged Wild Ale

Frederick The Great, nicknamed “Der Alte Fritz,” was arguably one of the foremost military geniuses of all time. Oft-studied and spoken highly of by even Napoleon, this ruler of Prussia was a conqueror on a scale that Europe had not seen, nor would see, for an age. With his military creativity and genius, he left humanity much more learned in the ever-changing Art of War. Our humble homage to this battle commander of old is only produced during the fall season. The additions of chocolate malt and crystal malt, as well as rye malt, give this beer a distinctively complex malt character while maintaining both the subtle grainy spice that rye is prized for and the dry, husky robust grain character of a porter. We call it a “dark rye brown,” as no other description has seemed to yet work. Enjoy. The translation of “Der Festen” from German into English is “The Festen”. Our Oktoberfest is has a distinct dark deep copper color. The complex malty flavors are balanced with a mild hop flavor. Our version finishes clean and crisp. Enjoy this Autumn classic!

The name means "the autumn". Teamed up again with the wild men from 910th street, we had to make a beer to commemorate both the rich German heritage and the insane popularity of Octoberfest in Hermann. This Märzen style ale is full of flavor and perfect for the fall season. Once again this one is only sold at Wings A-Blazin'.

An Imperial Stout aged in whiskey barrels for 10 months, this beer pours pitch black with a creamy tan head. The aroma is a marriage of whiskey, oak, dark malts, vanilla and raisins, backed by an inviting mouthfeel full of smooth whiskey, dark chocolate, oak and vanilla flavors.

Part of our Ingenuity Series of Barrel-aged Inventions, Dérailleur®” bière-de-garde (“beer for keeping”) is a deep golden ale brewed to celebrate the global passion for cycling. Named after a bicycle’s gear-changing mechanism, this ale is malty and rustic, with a spicy yeast character. Subtle flavors of French oak were derived from ageing in Rhône varietal Mourvèdre wine barrels.

Here is the beer you’ve been waiting for! Last week we brewed another batch of our award winning Deranger Imperial Red Ale. For those of you who don’t know, Deranger is our Free Range Red that is made much stronger, with tons of flavor and aromatic hop additions. It is a beautiful red color with a chewy caramel malt backbone that supports the complex layers of hop flavors. It is currently the defending champion and gold medal winner of the Great American Beer Festival for the imperial red category! Currently it is in our fermentation tank but you can look for it being released to our pubs early next week in draft! Coming in at 8.6% ABV and a rating of 100 IBU’s, it is guaranteed to be a beer that you do not want to miss out on.

This beer is a unique snowflake; a Unicorn on a farm of Shetland ponies; a complete original that we at Proclamation Ale Company came up with entirely by ourselves, by our own creative volition, without any outside inspiration whatever! Wow! Check this out: we got this awesome idea to take barley, make a sugary tea with it, ferment it with yeast and then throw a ton of sexy, nouveau hops in it!! (Note: we named the hops Galaxy when we invented them) NOTHING LIKE THIS HAS EVER BEEN DONE BEFORE!!! Enjoy this beer because you will never drink another one like this again!! EVER!!!

Complex flavours of hop flowers and spicy, fruity esters from our belgian yeast are perfectly balanced with the robust flavours and aromas of malt. The finish is commandeered by an assertive aroma from dry-hopping.
