Three Pints oak-aged this Imperial Amber, giving it an inviting nose of oak and caramel to start. The flavor matches the smell, with more caramel, oak, and a touch of an alcohol bite, making this beer taste a bit like an alcoholic graham cracker. Moderate hop bitterness stops this full bodied beer from being overly sweet, and makes it surprisingly easy to drink considering its higher alcohol content.

Deep amber in color with a pronounced malty sweetness, hints of caramel and a generous addition of earthy flavored East Kent Goldings hops. This brew is a high gravity version of our traditional English Pale Ale and packs quite a punch!

A brewer’s favorite. A deep caramel color and notes of malted barley and caramel introduce this brew. Medium bodied and malt forward, this rich pale’s flavor continues with a mildly bitter middle and a smooth floral hop finish.

A single malt and single hop version of an American Brewers classic style. This is one of our hoppiest beer and quickly becoming a hop head cult classic!

Our audacious single hop brew uses an abundance of Hallertau Mittelfrueh Noble nops, showcasing their spicy and citrus aroma and character. This prized hop is one of the original varieties from the Bavarian growing region, revered for its unique taste and aromatic profile.

This dark gold lager was brewed with twice the malt & hops of our original Pilsner. The result? an Imperial-style Pilsner with a full-bodied, rich hoppy finish.

Pogue’s Run Porter aged for a year in Old Pogue Bourbon Barrels. A tribute to the 150th anniversary of the Battle of Pogue’s Run (the stream that abuts the brewery’s backside).

This deep dark brew may help to tame those cool evenings and put a little spunk in the long nights. You’ll flavor the sweet caramel malts, roasted grains, a big mouth feel and a touch of smoked grain. Serve this baby up with a nice grilled salmon steak and lemon butter sauce (easy on the sauce, a light brush or two) Continuing to grill, wedge up some previously baked potatoes heat them through and crisp up the edges, slightly burnt on a few. Slice some eggplant about ¾ of an inch and put some nice diamond grill marks on both sides. On the side mix up a baby greens salad with a little mescaline mix, spinach leaves, thin sliced carrots, a few cherry tomatoes sprinkle with a balsamic vinaigrette, a few capers and a little fresh grated parmesan cheese.

Not quite red, not quite ipa but quite big. This beer is built upon a solid malt foundation of medium crystal, biscuit, and vienna for a considerable dose of toffee, bread and nutty flavors and aromas. We then laced the beer with hops throughout the process. First hops go into the first wort runoff and hops continue to be added through the boil, after boil, and then dry-hopped in our conditioning tanks at 37 degress. Rainbow 1 = MALT; Rainbow 2 = HOPS: A double rainbow of flavors.

Named for the spectacular and complete double rainbow that appeared in the northwest sky just outside the brewhouse during the inaugural mash in. With a foot in both the new and old worlds, this IPA is generously dry-hopped with English Fuggles, resulting in a strong, deep golden, very fresh, and fruity English flavor and aroma.

Beer style kolsch not aged beer, but not in the list

This dark amber ale is our English version of an I.P.A.. We use all English hops which do not have the citrus character of our regular I.P.A. or our Imperial I.P.A.. This beer finishes with a nice, malty flavor.

Brewed with a Red X base malt and generously hopped with Warrior, Citra, Falconer’s Flight 7C’s, Simcoe, Willamette, and Amarillo Hops. This beer is very hop forward and fruity with sweet malt undertones.

A full bodied red scotch ale that combines marris otter, black barley and caramel malts. Light hop bitterness allows the malts to shine in this strong flavorful beer.

Our rich, decadent coffee stout. This one's soft cocoa flavors open up to reveal a richly complex treat. We taste flavors of chocolate cake, "coffee candy", milk chocolate, with heaps of vanilla. A pungent & distinct coffee stout for sure! A rich, sweet, and less roasty base beer contributes the ideal backdrop to this bold and vibrant treat for the coffee and beer lover alike!

Originally brewed to commemorate our 15th Anniversary, Double Standard is a Double IPA with a very aggressive hop profile you would expect from the style, and an equally pungent hop aroma - intense but remarkably smooth. Like most “big” IPAs with abundant and complex hop aromatics, Double Standard is best enjoyed fresh off our in-house tap or as soon as you can pop that bottle or growler. The fresher the better!
