DDBA is our flagship beer brewed at double strength. It is amazingly similar in many respects to our barrel fermented DBA and possesses everything we love about that beer times two. English caramel malts lend rich toffee character that pairs well with assertive medium toast American oak barrels.

Double Decade is a traditional Belgian saison brewed with a blend of farmhouse and saison yeasts, malts imported from Europe, and four varieties of hops. Coming in at a 7.1% ABV, this superb straw-colored beer truly delights the palate with a hint of spice, a touch of citrus, and a round, mildly fruity finish. A fitting tribute to 20 years of brewing and the many beer drinkers who made it all possible.

Like a vibrant and sunny tour of Ocean Drive this dry-bodied double IPA is a slap of your senses. Double deco is staked with piney Simcoe hops and brightened with a healthy addition of Citra hops.

A well-kept secret of the Atwater line, the Double Down is an old hand in the increasingly popular Amber Lager category. With the body and bitterness of an Amber Ale and the lacy head and crisp focus of traditional German Lager, makes this beer a pleasing treat on both fronts.

The next evolution in hoppyness…A lot of IIPA’s out there will kick you in the face with hops…ours certainly does that…but…afterward is cuddles you and tells you everything will be OK with a rich malty backbone sturdy enough to deliver the bright floral, citrus, and piney notes. At 7% ABV this warms the soul and cools the savage beast! Pairs well with spicy foods and smoked meats and cheeses.

We took our award-winning Dragonfly IPA and cranked up the malt and hops, but managed to hold onto the the perfect balance our Dragonfly is known for. The result is a brew with a very powerful hop profile, matching malt character, and an enticing floral nose.

A West Coast style hop bomb. We mean hop bomb in the best way possible. We start with plenty of late hop additions of Chinook, Centennial and Columbus hops, but that is just the beginning. Where the real hop magic happens is in the secondary fermentation where we apply a secret and patent pending dry hopping procedure. We’ll leave it at tons of hops added slowly to give a face melting hop aroma and flavor! Rejoice hop lovers, Double Drop is here!

We took Juicy Bits (our popular New England-style IPA featuring a huge citrus and tropical fruit hop character with a softer, smoother mouthfeel from the adjusted water chemistry, higher protein malts, and lower attenuation) and dry hopped it with more than double the amount of Citra, Mosaic and El Dorado hops, bringing the total hop rate up to more than 6 lbs per barrel, the most we have ever used in a single IPA.

This amplified version of Stillings Street IPA features a double dose of Nelson Sauvin in the dry hop. Hazy, pale orange in appearance with intensely aromatic qualities of kiwi, white grape and lemongrass on the nose. Delicate flavors of citrus zest, pineapple and cantaloupe are accentuated with crisp malt character, mild bitterness, and a soft, effervescent mouthfeel.

A classic Belgian Dubbel brewed with Belgian Pilsen, Munich and wheat malts along with the darkest candi syrup. Fermented with a Belgian yeast strain, starting at a lower than typical temperature, creating subtle classic Belgian phenols without overwhelming. The DD Story: Double Dubbel pays homage to trappist monks…and, well, “monk Larry.” The addition of dark homemade candi syrup during high krausen lends subtle undertones of plum. Like a mad scientist concocting experiments, Larry spent his first five brewing years in his garage adding this and that ingredient until the masterpiece was made. You’d never believe this beer was created by Larry in his garage and not by monks in Belgium. Congrats Larry for entering monkhood!

This Double IPA is a voluptuous hop bomb with a striking orange color, reminiscent of the sun glowing off sandy dunes. The aroma, full of honey, pine, umami, and stone fruit, immediately draws you closer to your Double Dunes. The hops make their presence known in the mouth, with a flavor that balances between piney, resiny, and pithy. The finish is then rounded out by a slight alcohol warmth.
