Bright and sunny. Two words that come to my mind when I think of my four year old daughter, Evelyn. These same two words rang through my ears when presented with the chance to provide you with my artistic output. Hardywood Evelyn Session IPA has been built specially for hot days and beautiful sunshine. Bright as I could make her, and singing with tropical juicy fruit notes, Evelyn pours across the palate dry and crisp allowing you to keep going all day. Weighing in at 4.9% and begging to keep playing, I proudly present to you, Evelyn session IPA. Much has been said about the Danes. Like they seem reserved at first and are obsessed with bikes, food and ‘hygge’ - Danes are always on time, they appear liberal yet traditional and leave their babies outside in prams while they shop. We at Evil Twin Brewing teamed up with fellow Dane at Chocopologie and decided to set the story straight with a Chocolate Stout infused with smoked chestnuts and even more Denmark. The punctual aromas, comfortable taste and liberating body will make you feel like one of the happiest people on earth.

A few times in the history of craft beer it has happened that a highly praised beer rises beyond mortal stardom into a higher godly league. Usually the recipe to make such heavenly drops is thick fudge-like body, pitch black color, amazingly overwhelming aromas of chocolate, coffee, dark fruits and muscovado sugar, obviously only made in limited amounts and most crucial of all - it must taste rare!

This India Pale Ale is brewed with three of the most sought after hops in brewing - Citra, Simcoe & Mosaic. The result is an explosion of floral, tropical and fruity flavors. While this "aiming fluid" may not help you shoot even par, it will certainly make you feel like you did!

Champion Gold winner of Great British Beer Festival 2005 bottle-conditioned beer competition. Smooth, balanced toffee and caramel combine with English goldings, fuggles and challenger hops to make a superb early 20th century malty bitter.

This Irish Red has a sweet and slightly roasty aroma that lends itself to your palate. This beer has a beautiful deep red hue, and as you take a sip of this you will notice a slight roasty buttered toast flavor that finishes off dry.

An inspired Berlinerwiesse, dry hopped and lightly spiced with Juniper. Primary fermentation with lactobacillus cultures, and secondarily fermented with Ale yeast.

The color of an August sunset, this Belgian-style Saison exhibits nice grainy notes in the aroma, alongside ripe peaches and nectarines. Sweet stonefruit characteristics exist throughout with just a hint of a mild peppery spiciness, ultimately finishing dry and crisp with a touch of brandied cherries. European hops add just a hint of bitterness and aid in the dryness. This delicious sipper will help you squeeze every last bit out of the summer…

Huge aroma of mangoes, peaches, and pineapple from the extensive hopping and dry hopping. A solid malt/bread backbone that helps to showcase the hop varieties. Pleasant and rounded bitterness that does not linger, but draws into the next taste.

A light bodied, lower alcohol porter. Roasted coffee arises in the aroma and carry into the flavor. Dark, bittersweet chocolate flavors appear as the beer warms.

Something terrifying has happened to this beer. What was once an herbal and spicy IPA has been overcome with a climactic wave of rye dryness and the impermeable darkness of carafa malts. Fear not however, this coalescence of flavors will leave you craving for more. Just be forewarned, it is better to give in to this beer as its darkness cannot be stopped.

Sour-hoppy Edition! "Arabier is a unique beer brewed from pure malt and Poperinges hops. It's brewed and then dry hopped (aged with fresh hops in the maturation tank). It's hard to put a definative style on most of De Dolle's beers, but this one is perhaps closest to a belgian pale ale. The light bready malts and fresh, citrusy hops will attest to that, it's only the earthy and slightly sour flavors that follow that will change your mind. Look out for the big, meringue-like head this beer produces."

This pretty amber number is easy on the eyes and the nose, with aromas of mango and passion fruit, and a lively mouth feel. Even though it’s elegant, its dry, bitter finish is somewhat short-tempered. Do not antagonize Evil Ginger!
