Many have followed in his footsteps, as human kind perpetually seeks out magical potions to restore their youth. While consuming fresh, local beers such as Eternal Youth Bière d’Abricot will not turn time eternal, it may help one more effectively reflect on the good times experienced throughout life. And within these encapsulated memories, one can live in a certain utopia of Eternal Youth. This French farmhouse style incorporates a bière de grade yeast as well as apricots, which are purported to promote health and long life. Then this elixir of life is garded in oak barrels to execute complexity in this sessionable, late-summer delectation. Bathe in this fountain of juvenescence, and discover your Eternal Youth.

Legend has it Etobichoker rose from the depths of The Humber terrorizing Etobicokers and haunting their children’s dreams. Overwrought citizens everywhere from Sherway Gardens to Longbranch still report sightings of the hideous monster daily. Turns out, Etobichoker is one of those oft-misunderstood monsters who simply loves hops for their pungent aromas and flavours of pine, tropical fruit and resin. Just like the rest of us. The End.

Created together with our friends Sam Calagione and Dr. Pat McGovern from the States and Baladin's founder Teo Musso, that’s really something unique: as we used unusual ingredients (for a beer) and most of all an unusual fermentation system (the amphoras!), the result is a real “archeological find”. The amber colour reminds the amphora-aged wines; the nose gives scents of honey and berries and quite uncommon mineral notes. When you taste it, sharpness is the main feature, and the honey notes are quickly followed by mineral ones, again. So, the few ones who will have the chance to taste this extremely rare beer (which has been made in a very limited quantity, of course) will be able to say that he had a sip of history!

This is a Ninkasi take on an English IPA. English IPAs are hoppy, moderately strong pale ales with more malt character than their American IPA cousins. They generally show hop aromas and flavors that are floral, earthy, and slightly grassy, backed by malt that is bready, biscuit-like, toasty, toffee-like, or caramelly. We brewed ours with Maris Otter & 2-Row Pale Malt and East Kent & Styrian Golding hops. Enjoy!

This seasonal beer is brewed in the Do It Yourself (DIY) spirit along with our friends from Bayfield at the Venture Snowboard Factory. An India Pale Ale, the Euphoria is crafted with piles and piles of Golding hops to provide a unique spicy finish. Great for after hitting the slopes. Anarchic enlightenment: (1) Brewed in strict accordance to D.I.Y. methodology, the beer of choice for epic powder days. (2) brewed and bottled by ska brewing company, durango colorado using the finest hops, yeast, malted barley and san juan waters.

An unfiltered European India pale ale utilizing five different varieties of European barley with Northern Brewer and Perle hops.

Brewed with Pils, Wheat, Munich, and Crystal malts. Hopped solely with 50lbs of Eureka hops creating a floral aroma with citrus notes and resiny, pine hop flavor with a balanced malt background.

The Season couldn't start soon enough. We brewed this saison with Palisade & Citra hops. Let the Magic begin!
