One of our founding beers, the Fair Weather Pale Ale is a crowd-pleaser with special appeal to fans of well-crafted UK-style IPAs. Medium-bodied with a light, smooth carbonation, Fair Weather is pale and malty with a bold continental hop and yeast character, closing with a clean and slightly bitter tang. A great session beer, Fair Weather is also the perfect choice at BBQs as well as hearty sit-down dinners.

This Double IPA showcases the brilliantly delicious combination of Australian Galaxy hops and Citra hops from the Pacific Northwest.

When we brewed batch No. 51 here at the brewery, we knew we had to mark the occasion beyond simply brewing another batch of fresh pale ale. So Dan invited his buddy Shank from Grayton Beer Co. to come over and help out on a special 51 brew day. They pulled 7 gallons of starting wort from a full batch of 51 and used it in place of water to mash in to a 10-gallon small batch of regular 51 on the Brew Magic pilot system. The result was a massively high starting gravity and a beer that's quite different from its namesake.

We’re proud to partner with the Fairmont Hotel of San Francisco to create an exclusive offering available only onsite at the historic Fairmont of San Francisco. This Belgian-inspired ale is designed to highlight the rooftop honey from the Fairmont, and pair with the seasonal food of their Laurel Court Restaurant. We start with a classic blend of two-row barley and wheat providing sweetness, body and light toast flavors. Then we balance the beer with classic noble hops for a balanced bitterness and spicy aroma. Finally the honey is added at the very end of the brewing process, infusing all of its delicate aromas and flavors into the beer. The beer is then fermented with our house Saison yeast strain, lending it an earthy flavor and dry finish.

Faithfull Ale is a celebration of Pearl Jam's 20th anniversary as a band and its extraordinary debut album, "Ten." In recognition of these milestones, this Belgian-style golden ale is delicately hopped to 20 IBUs and fruit-forward from 10 incremental additions of black currants over a one-hour boil. Faithfull clocks in at 7% ABV. "To me, 'Ten' is the perfect example of a record-lover's-record. The whole thing rocks," says Dogfish Head President & Founder Sam Calagione. "As an off-centered brewery, we believe in celebrating the breadth of our whole portfolio and we feel an affinity for Pearl Jam a long-player band in a singles-obsessed world." HopUnion, our hop supplier started producing this delicious hop blend 2 years ago. We were lucky enough to get our hands on enough to brew a deliciously fruity IPA. Although the blend is top-secret, we can tell you this beer packs a citrusy, fruity punch.

A malty rich amber ale brewed with Cascade and Amarillo hops. Hand-roasted Pecans are added after primary fermentation in this creation.
