This winter warmer was brewed Sept 23rd, on the Fall Equinox. Balanced and harmonious, this limited-time seasonal brew is complex and inviting. Montana-grown two-row pale, white wheat, caramel, and chocolate malts. Tangerine peel. Equinox hops.

Abita Fallfest is an Octoberfest lager/ It is brewed with German Hersbrucker hops and pale, crystal and chocolate malts.The result is a full-bodied, malty beer with a strong hop character and a beautiful amber color.

Our Fall release is a harvest Ale with a lighter amber color and a beige head with good retention. There is a good balance of earthy malt and a blend of floral and pine hops in the nose. Biscuit notes mixing with caramel sweetness.do their job to complement the rest of the flavors.This is an enjoyable seasonal for sure!

With a brilliant, deep copper hue and creamy beige-colored head, our Fall Hornin’ Pumpkin Ale has inviting aromas of caramelized malt and baking bread with highlights of cinnamon, nutmeg, pumpkin and seasonal spices. The pleasantly creamy mouthfeel and silky body embrace the sweet caramel flavors and tang of spices (with just hint of hops) that ends in a smooth, round finish.

Boatloads of Red Delicious apple cider from local farmers at Fifer Orchards and a dose of mulling spices make this Belgian-style farmhouse ale the perfect complement to fall. A nose of apples and cinnamon is followed by a slightly tart, cider-y, cinnamon-y taste that's both dry and refreshing. A Belgian-style farmhouse ale brewed with 2-row, flaked oats, malted wheat, red delicious apple cider from Fifer Orchards and spiced with cinnamon, orange peel, star anise and cloves.

It’s time for leaf-crunching, sweaters and hoodies and this brew is the perfect way to take the chill out of the air without being a one glass knockout. Delicate sweetness is balance by the spices of the season with an off-white head that fizzes with the aroma of a warm pumpkin pie fresh from the oven.

Dark, oatmeal, English style brown ale. A conversation starter with 7 types of malts, American and English hops, Nitrogenated.

This autumn ale is a showcase of the mighty Summit™ hop. Our friend Jason grows amazing Summits that combine pine, spice and captivating citrus aromas. A good dose of toasted malts provides warm, rich flavors to contrast the hops on the front palate. Cold fermentation gives a surprisingly crisp finish. We hope you enjoy this unique fall brew.

Bourbon barrel aged strong ale.

My goal in building the recipe for Fallen Apple was to create a seasonal specialty that was in and of itself a celebration. I start with fresh-pressed cider from early harvest apples we get from Kickapoo Orchards in Gays Mills. Fermentation leaves the cider tart and champagne-like. I then brew a cream ale designed to put some sweetness and body back into the beer, which rounds out the sour apple notes. This combination of ethereal apple flavor grounded in an “everyman’s” beer makes for a festive and potent brew.

Made in memory of lost friends, Fallen Souls is Boatyard Brewing Company’s incarnation of a big imperial stout without going overboard. A high gravity ale combing twice the malt of a traditional stout, Fallen Souls is ripe with flavor. This stout will pour with a thick, creamy head that lasts. With just one sip, you will taste an ale that is smooth on the tongue and full in the mouth. This hearty ale will stand up well with rich or spicy food or be enjoyed alone on a cool fall evening. Keeping up with Erie Brewing�s German brewing influence, our brewer creates Fallenbock, a classic Oktoberfest lager that is a harmonious marriage of classic malts and hops that has a wonderful clean and crisp flavor to celebrate Autumn and Oktoberfest.

Irish Red with Rye. Named for RBC’s patriarch George Falligan, who opened the original RBC in 1898. This red-hued beer is a nice mid-range beer for all beer lovers. Falligan’s combines a malty base with a balanced hop flavor, creamy head and crisp finish

After the blast, a sprinkling of peppercorns to pepper your palette

A traditional German kolsch with a mild bitterness and golden color this beer finishes dry with slight citrus splash. This is the session ale for those days you can’t decide what you want, or to cool off after mowing the lawn. Pairs with, literally, everything, from gummy bears to haggis.

Aromas of dark fruits, vanilla, and bourbon seep off False Summit’s milk chocolate head. As the beer warms, notes of caramel, oak and dark Belgian candi sugar come more prevalent. We named this beer False Summit as some may be disheartened to find that this is not a barrel-aged version of our famous Apis IV, yet this barrel-aged quadruple, like the final stretch of a mountain’s peak, is as enjoyable if not more rewarding then what came before.
