At the corner of Fulton & Wood streets in Chicago, Goose Island’s original brewery has been a hub of innovation since its doors opened. To this day, the spirit of experimentation remains strong with the Fulton & Wood series. Each release gives Goose Island employees from throughout the company the chance to work with our brewers to concept new, exciting beers from scratch. Fassinator, pronounced “Fahss-in-ator” like Arnold Schwarzenegger would say, is Goose Island’s take on a Blonde Doppelbock. The name is derived from the combination of the German word for on draught, “Vom Faß”, and the traditional ending of most doppelbocks,“–ator”. Fassinator has a subtle hop aroma with a moderate body, smooth biscuit malt flavor and moderate bitterness creating a unique balance to this classic style. Don’t underestimate this beer however, Fassinator clocks in at 8.0% ABV.

Named in honor of Ed Kiessling, the worlds greatest contractor. This American pale ale is assertively hopped and dangerously drinkable. Hopheads rejoice!

Brewed for Bear Republic Brewing Company’s 19th Anniversary and the start of 2015 San Francisco Beer Week, this Triple IPA is an full throttle hoppiness. Massive aroma additions of Equinox, Citra, and Cascade hops rev to the limit on a malt chassis of Rye, Munich, and light caramel.

Don't fight it, Spite It! We want to thank our mate James, known by the lads as Badger, for helping us out of a jam. This Irish Style Ale was brewed for him with a nod to his homeland. Made mostly with ingredients from across the pond, but because Badger now resides in the States, we couldn't help but throw in some centennial hops. Thanks Badger!

The ultimate session beer. Fat Chance is a Light IPA. Brewed like an IPA, but crafted to Light beer specifrications. 4% ABV, Approximately 50 IBUs, under 120 calories. Cascade, Ctira, Simcoe and Centennial hops.

Fat City Ale is the newest release from Valley Brewing Company. Fat City Ale is produced using only the finest 2-Row Barley and fresh Hops resulting in a crisp and refreshing flavor.

Fat earl is a harmony of classic lager tradition and new exciting hop flavours. This beer is very crisp and refreshing, and with plenty of experimental German hops we get interesting notes of peach, lemon rind and grapefruit.

Our Barleywine Style Ale boasts a dense, fruity bouquet, an intense flavor palate and a deep reddish-brown color. Its big malty flavors are superbly balanced by a wonderfully bittersweet hoppiness. This beer ages very well developing complex sherry like notes.

Three different dark malts and two light malts give Fat Jack Stout a depth of flavour not often achieved in black beers. A couple of secret tweaks at the end of the brewing process give the beer a surprising smoothness that makes it an unusually quaffable stout, and putting it on nitrogen gas only eccentuates that smooth character. Mold roast character and a twinge of biscuity sweetness are given centre stage by the background hop bitterness and secret ingredient, resulting in a pleasantly dry finish.
