Brewed with North American lager malt and Czechoslovakian hops and yeast, Gold Mountain Pilsner beautifully blends old world and new. A lagering period (cold storage) of 4 to 6 weeks allows this most delicate of brews to become bright and clear. At this time, the malt character is now fully developed and the entire beer has lost its rough edges becoming soft and elegant. The perfect pint for a warm summers day or any day for that matter, Gold Mt. Pilsner rewards with clean, crisp, quaffable flavor every time. Enjoy! Gold Rush Pale Ale is an American style pale ale providing a clean, golden color. Boldly layered with carefully selected hops that compliment traditional malts, it provides subtle fruit notes and balanced hop character. 38 IBU / 5.6%

Where the past meets the future. Combining a 19th century recipe with 21st century ingredients, Gold Sovereign seeks to emulate the pale ales of the Victorian era using ingredients that have only become available in the last few years. The ultra-modern barley variety Westminster gets the traditional malting approach through organic cultivation and malting by hand on the floor. Highly disease and insect-resistant hedgerow hops were developed from classical varieties using time-honoured breeding techniques. These ingredients are combined with a unique English yeast to produce a refreshingly drinkable beer with a solid malt base and assertive character. Expect this unfiltered ale to have an aroma of pear, apricot and spicy orange, leading to a pronounced hop bitterness and malt flavour reminiscent of freshly baked bread.

Brooklyn Gold Standard Export Kellerbier is here to channel those days when the land was green with beer gardens, and no one had yet uttered the P-word*. The title “Export” connotes a beer more robust than pilsner, while the word “Kellerbier” tells us that it’s unfiltered. Our malt is 100% floor-malted Bohemian barley, giving the beer a rich bready backbone. And Brooklyn Gold Standard is going to need a solid backbone to hold up all those snappy German Hallertau Perle, Hallertau Mittelfrueh and Czech Saaz hops that are leaping out of the glass. A long, cold lager fermentation makes it rich, but smooth. The big floral hop aroma is followed by refreshingly bold bitterness and beautiful rounded malt flavors. [*Prohibition.
