Golden Toos is a Belgian Golden Ale named after Albert's Dachshund Toos. Like the dog this beer has a lot of character. Golden color with belgian flavors, light body and effervescent, which draws out flavor intricacies and lends to a dry finish at 10%.
Gold Top is an experiment in blending styles from different brewing cultures. It marries English "session style" beer with a Belgian Trappist style fermentation. This is a Marris Otter based, English, Ordinary bitter fermented with an Abbey yeast in a way that highlights some different aspects of our familiar Maris Otter malt character. The bready marmalade signature otter flavors are still there and dovetail with the fruity Belgian nose that comes from the use of the yeast and warmer fermentation.
A golden hue and malty body thinned a bit by the 8%abv. In the background is a light handed kettle addition of fresh sliced ginger root. Entertaining suggestions: pair with some flavor packed fruits such as thin mango slices and fresh peeled pineapple wedges. Try an unusual food pairing of a Chinese shrimp lo mein dish. The ginger complements the shrimp and noodles while the 8% abv will refresh your palette.

A Southern English Brown Ale, this beer is more focused on malt than its Northern counterpart. The flavor is a deep, caramel or toffee-like malty sweetness on the palate and lasting into the finish with hints of biscuit and of course, nuts. Hops are present with a light noble earthiness. A medium body with residual sweetness giving a smooth creamy texture.
Goldencold Lager is our refreshing, German-inspired beer. Brewed with Pilsner malt and a small amount of Sauermalz to bring out a traditional, rounded note. We use a unique milling and mashing process known as Endosperm mashing, and classic decoction. By separating the husk from the mash, it allows us to brew a beer delicate in flavor and texture. Bavarian Hallertau Tradition, and Hallertau Perle hops make for a crisp, classic and nuanced bitterness that brings our corner of NEPA a little closer to you.

Goldenrod winterweizen is named after our state flower the Goldenrod. Goldenrod winterweizen is a stronger in alcohol & heartier in body version of your average Hefeweizen to help us stay warm and cozy during the winter months, like the flower itself goldenrod winterweizen is a deep yellow gold in color with a nice floral aroma of citrus and clove derived from the late kettle addition of American cascade hops and Upstream Brewing Company's proprietary German hefeweizen yeast strain.
