Golden Buck is an English Summer Ale brewed by “Golden Boy” Billy Boynton. 20 % percent wheat malt adds a sharp malty character and an imported Thames Valley yeast provides the authentic English Ale highlights. Very refreshing and well paired with a variety of foodstuffs. Quaffable and mild in alcohol just under 5% abv.

This American Wheat is golden in color with a rich, white head. Aroma rich with orange, citrus and honey. Hop bitterness is mild and in balance with sweet honey malts. 2014 Microfestitvus BEST LIGHT beer award

There’s nothing quite likes Mom’s apple pie…But I am willing to bet this beer is pretty darn close. An American Tripel, dry-hoped with Amarillo hops and aged in Apple Brandy barrels from one of this country’s oldest distilleries. Golden Doom is a sweet stroll down the primrose path to the gates of inferno. First developed for our "Strong Beer Month" celebration in February of 2004, this Belgian-style golden ale is deceivingly strong, spicy and delicious. We use imported pilsner malt for a crisp finish, Saaz hops for a spicy nose, special Belgian yeast, and then we finish it with grains of paradise for a trip through purgatory to an ending in heaven

A Belgian style Golden Ale, spiced with Thai Basil grown at Empire's own organic garden. Light in color and medium bodied, the flavors of the Thai Basil meld perfectly with the characteristics of the Belgian yeast.

Golden Eagle is a Belgian Golden Ale brewed with blonde candy sugar, and re-fermented with Brettanomyces yeast in Cabernet Franc/Merlot and Blaufrankish oak barrels from Left Foot Charlie. Despite it’s stylistic origins, the color is closer to a burnt orange, due to the extensive time spent aging in the wine barrels. Impressive sweet candied apple and cautionary alcohol aromas prepare the senses for the array of flavors within. Initial tastes of brown sugar and toffee, flow into apple and pear wine-like qualities, before its slightly tart and peppery finish. The heightened alcohol content cannot be ignored, as it’s warming presence encompasses the entire mouthfeel, lasting well into the finish.

The Colfax Ave. trolley was nicknamed the Golden Ghost which ran in the first half of the 20th century. Brewed with oats, pilsner malt, Belgian yeast strain and Styrian hops. This crisp dry beer boasts lemon notes, bubblegum aroma and floaters of cotton candy,
