A 6.5 % Citra/Simcoe India Pale Ale, brewed to celebrate Omnipollo’s 3 years in business.

GoneAway is a western charged firecracker. We conjured the classics and then laid them on a bed of pale malt. This India Pale Ale shoots straight to the bitter edge before falling into a mellow haze. Deep gold and ready to travel into the distance.

Gone Fishin Mild Ale is a 4% ABV, low hop beer. Brewed with 5 different malts, this beer is high in malt character and low in hop bitterness and flavor. The perfect session beer for reeling in a few at the secret fishing hole.

We dry hopped this kettle-soured IPA with Citra, Simcoe and Palisade for a juicy mango-grapefruit flavor and aroma. Sourness takes the place of bitterness in balancing out the sweetness of the malts.

Brewed with New Zealand hops, this session IPA starts with citrus and finishes with tropical fruit notes.

Good Foot created as the hoppy sidekick to Sticky Monkey. It was designed with a massive hop charge in the kettle in hopes that we would have a more hop accented blending piece. We have learned over the years that barrels have a way of mellowing all things and bitterness very often lost in the aging process. What was a hop bomb has mellowed into a balanced and complex barley wine. After it warms, the hops start peeking through. Very limited draft release.

GOOD GOOD is our wonderfully hazed out new-school Double IPA. Pale yellow, with a cloudy head that leaves creamy lacing. The mouthfeel is pillowy and resinous with a soft lingering bitterness. Big fruity punches of citrus, peach, and pineapple play with pings and pangs of spruce sap, spearmint, hemp, and heady dankness. The finish is straight hop resin that lingers long after each sip.

Good Gourd Almighty is an Imperial Pumpkin Ale brewed with copious amounts of pumpkin with Ceylon cinnamon, Jamaican all-spice, Zanzibar cloves and nutmeg added, and then aged in rum barrels.

This Double Brown Ale, made with Carabrown Malt, was created to showcase one of Briess Malting Company’s new products. Although it was thought to be a onetime brewing event, this beer is now one of our most recent successes. Sweet malty aromas mingle with prominent toasted caramel and toffee flavors. This beer finishes pleasingly dry, with a bouquet of hops that have slight fruity qualities.

Good Miss Mosaic was the winning beer in our 2014 UpCup Homebrewing Competition. Michael Calvin’s recipe was selected as best in show out of 58 total entries, earning him the chance to join the Upland staff for a day while we brewed a scaled up version of his delicious Hoppy American Wheat Ale.

Brewed with Monson’s own Maxwell Road Maple Grade A Dark Amber Maple syrup, Good Morning pours pitch black in the glass with a creamy mousse-like head. The bubbles give way to aromas of rich milk chocolate, cocoa powder, and dark amber maple syrup. The flavor starts as a blast of milk chocolate, sweet maple syrup, and rich fresh coffee as deeper complexities are uncovered as it warms. The crew here at Tree House tastes “chocolate covered maple candy”, “vanilla”, “chocolate cake”, “brown sugar”, and “fresh roasted coffee”. A super decadent treat, Good Morning begs to be shared and contemplated!

Brewed with local cider. Sweet apple aromas and spicy esters of clove, nutmeg, and allspice entice the nose. A pleasant crimson amber tone and slight haze give this beer an appearance similar to the cider it was made with, while malty hints of raisin and molasses balance the complex spiciness found throughout the profile. The finish is surprisingly clean with no particular flavor component resonating on the palette.
