The flavor of whole cone Cascade and Centennial Hops dominates this American-style IPA. Multiple hops additions in the boil kettle and a massive one in the Hop back builds an array of hop flavors and aromas. This unfiltered amber ale has a penetrating herbal mouthfeel and pleasing floral nose backed by Pale, Vienna, and Crystal malts. The use of a Hop Back allows us to collect all the flavor and aroma of the hops without gathering any extra bitterness.

To make this in your face IPA we cracked the malt with our knuckles, boiled the wort with pure rage, and force fed it monstrously bitter hops...all with a smile on our face. We enjoy our beers big and brutal. You will too. Ask for it by name.

American Style red hopped with Cascade, Centennial and Simcoe

Fairhope No. 51 is a classic American pale ale, brewed with a combination of American-made Falconer's Flight hops and German hops. Named for being the 51st recipe entry into head brewer Dan's beer notebook, this pale ale is packed with hop flavor but not overly bitter. Though this crisp, flavorful beer was 51 in Dan's notebook, we expect it to be your top choice for a pale throughout Lower Alabama.

This dark amber beer uses English crystal and base malts to create a rich malt profile. Roast and sweet flavor mingle in this full flavored, yet mild English Brown Ale.

Fallen Angel Golden Ale, first brewed on 6-6-6 [JUN 6, 2006], is named in the tradition of Belgian golden strong ales--after the devil himself. We call this beer our "original sin" because it spawned our 2007 Deadly Sin beer series. Midnight Sun's Fallen Angel Golden Ale is a traditional Belgian-style golden strong ale--beautifully gold in color with tiny, conniving bubbles forming a very thick, meticulous head. Effervescent and crisp, this seriously delicious elixir tempts the palate with apple (oh so Garden of Eden), pear and a little earthy mustiness. Fallen Angel captivates your senses with its lightness and brightness while its 8% ABV strength breathes fire into your soul, warming you from the inside out. Angel-like in appearance, the devil is in its strength. With its introduction in 2006 and its immediate cult following, Fallen Angel is now brewed and released about once a year.

This American Brown Ale has amazing malt depth and complexity while retaining a respectable hop profile. Brewed with a touch of chocolate malt to enhance the sweet malt backbone, this is an easy drink for sure.

There was a time in old world France when nearly every family farm had a brewery. A necessary part of farm life was to provide a ration of beer to sustain and nourish the laborers and beer was safer to drink than the water of the time. Farmhand is our interpretation of what these rustic beers must have been like. It is slightly cloudy from being made with raw un-malted grains and a simple single infusion of mash procedure.

This beer is an indigenous American beer style created as an answer to post-prohibition German lagers. We pay tribute to the beers made on early, rustic systems by using natural ingredients like corn and barley to create a smooth and full-bodied, straw-colored ale. Reward yourself with a Farmer Ted’s after a long day plowing the fields, or just after mowing the lawn!

An unfiltered Belgian white ale

This beer has high fruitiness with a low hop bitterness and aroma. Great for spring and summer drinking, this light beer made with Pilsen, rye and just a touch of crystal malt, gives a perfect malt profile that compliments the Columbus, UK East Kent Goldings and Cascade hops. The Belgian Saison yeast works the magic to impart the wonderful qualities of a Belgian Farmhouse beer.

A Belgian style blonde ale spiced with chamomile flowers for a spicy earthy treat!

Farmhouse Hefeweizen is made up from 2 Row Brewers malt, Malted White Wheat and Cara-Pils Malt. The sweetness is offset by Magnum and Northern Brewer hops.

Our signature Red Ale brewed to be big, malty, and mellow.

A copper-colored farmhouse ale that is slightly rounder, richer , and more malt-focused. It has a “cellar” character from “guarding” it for a lengthier period of time to allow it to mature.

An unfiltered German lager, medium-bodied and amber in color. Kellerbier literally translates as "cellar beer", referring to its cool lagering temperatures, which lends to a very clean beer with a pleasant, soft bitterness that rounds out the caramel malt body.

This Pilsner is a deep golden colour with full complex malt tones from the Belgian & German styled crystal malts. Aged a full two months to bring out all its character & complexity. Hopped with only the noblest of hops, the Czech Saaz. These are added in four separate additions.
